La firma Rutas del Sur, víctima de la crisis.

La Unión Tranviarios Automotor (UTA) intervino junto a la Secretaria de Transporte de la provincia y la Secretaría de Trabajo para evitar los despidos de los trabajadores de la empresa de transporte rural Rutas del Sur. La firma se decretó en quiebra.

La intervención del gremio y de los despachos provinciales lograron que los 35 trabajadores de la firma, que cubría los recorridos entre la capital y localidades sobre la ruta 9, como Ingenio Leales, fueran absorbidos por otra firma, que desde ayer explota el recorrido.

“Logramos que ningún compañero ni compañera quede en la calle; sabemos que la crisis en el transporte continúa pero nos genera satisfacción que nadie quede en la calle cuando algunas firmas quiebran o son absorbidas por otras”, explicó César González, titular de UTA.
