Los cigarrillos aumentarán un 7%
La empresa British American Tobacco Argentina determinó una suba de los cigarrillos desde el 24 de noviembre. Afecta a productos como Lucky Strike y Rothmans.
Los cigarrillos fabricados por la empresa British American Tobacco Argentina sufrirán una actualización de sus precios desde el martes 24 de noviembre y aumentarán un 7%.
Mediante un comunicado, la compañía precisó que los nuevos precios vigentes afectarán a sus productos Lucky Strike Box 20 que pasará a valer $163, en tanto que Lucky Strike Convertible Box 20 $157 y el Lucky Strike Silver KS 20 podrá ser comprado a $150.
Mientras que el precio de Rothmans KS 20 será de $125, mismo precio que la versión Rothmans Click KS 20.
Asimismo, precisaron que este reordenamiento no alcanzará a los nuevos productos recientemente lanzados, como el Rothmans Cigarrito KS 20 que se mantiene en $75, y el nuevo Rothmans XL Box 20 que permanece en $125.
La firma llamó a los comerciantes minoristas de todo el país a respetar estos valores y recordó que la empresa normativa legal vigente prohíbe que los precios oficiales de venta al público de los cigarrillos, publicados por las empresas tabacaleras, sean alterados en las etapas de comercialización subsiguientes.
En otro orden, esta semana se conoció que la Cámara de Diputados de Neuquén sancionó la ley 3270, que prohíbe arrojar colillas de cigarrillos en la vía pública y en espacios comunes de uso público, en lo que se denominó como “Programa de Concientización Sin Colillas” destinado a disminuir el impacto ambiental de produce esta costumbre.
La diputada Lorena Abdala, del Movimiento Popular Neuquino (MPN), celebró la sanción y remarcó que “Neuquén es pionera en el país con la sanción de esta ley”, y destacó “las alternativas sustentables que se pueden implementar con colillas recolectadas y reutilizadas, tales como abono, insecticidas, filtros para cañerías y mobiliario urbano”.
En ese sentido, explicó que “una sola colilla de cigarrillo contamina hasta 50 litros de agua y tarda diez años en descomponerse, además de ser grandes causantes de focos de incendio”.
