Los consumidores pagan cuatro veces más de que lo que cobran los productores agropecuarios
Por las frutas y verduras, en el mes de octubre el consumidor pagó 3,7 veces más de lo que cobró el productor, según los resultados del Índice de Precios en Origen y Destino (IPOD) que elabora el sector de Economías Regionales de la CAME.
De esta manera, los consumidores pagaron $3,7 (destino) por cada $1 que recibieron los productores (origen) de los 24 agroalimentos que componen la canasta IPOD.
En el caso de la canasta ganadera, el comportamiento de los precios en los 5 productos y subproductos que la integran implicó que el consumidor abonó 3,1 veces más de lo que recibió el productor.
Por otro lado, en el caso del IPOD frutihortícola, los precios de las 19 frutas y hortalizas que integran la canasta IPOD se multiplicaron por 5,4 veces en octubre, por lo que el consumidor pagó $5,4 por cada $1 que recibió el productor frutihortícola, señalaron desde CAME.
Asimismo, los cinco agroalimentos que registraron en el mes una mayor brecha entre origen y destino resultaron ser el limón (+20,5 veces), zanahoria (+14), zapallito (+10,9), naranja (+8,3), y el pimiento rojo (+7,7).
En el caso del limón, la brecha fue adjudicada a “un exceso de oferta en la provincia de Salta y un aumento del 24% en góndola”.
De acuerdo al reporte de la entidad, los productos que presentaron menor diferencia entre campo y góndola, resultaron ser los huevos (2,3) y el pollo (2,4).
