Parrilli, contra el campo:
El senador oficialista apuntó contra las patronales agropecuarias que “no se han dado cuenta que perdieron las elecciones”.
El senador oficialista Oscar Parrilli apuntó contra el campo, que se puso en alerta por las declaraciones del presidente Alberto Fernández sobre una posible suba de retenciones, y lanzó: “Siempre dicen lo mismo pero se llenan los bolsillos de plata y se llevan las divisas afuera”.
“Hoy el aumento del precio de los alimentos tiene que ver mucho con el aumento de los precios internacionales de los commodities, de los bienes que nosotros exportamos, y ellos pretenden ganar en el mercado interno lo mismo que ganan en el extranjero”, sostuvo.
Para el neuquino, “si no hay una política del Gobierno de desacoplar los precios internos de los internacionales siempre vamos a tener estos problemas”.
El legislador recordó que en los gobiernos kirchneristas “fuimos criticados por los que se creen los dueños de la Argentina” con las medidas tomadas respecto al sector, “pero se podía comer a precio razonable el pan, la leche, el asado, la carne, los alimentos”.
“Teníamos una inflación controlada y un poder adquisitivo inédito. En los 12 años de gestión, nuestro gobierno se caracterizó por eso, por tener un gran poder adquisitivo por parte de los salarios”, agregó.
Consultado en radio Futurock sobre la invitación del jefe de Estado a la Mesa de Enlace, Parrilli se mostró de acuerdo con que “siempre hay que hablar”, sin embargo advirtió: “Eso no significa que uno acepte las condiciones de las patronales agropecuarias, que no se han dado cuenta que perdieron las elecciones”.
En ese sentido, disparó que el gobierno de Mauricio Macri dejó “el país endeudado, empobrecido, destruyeron la industria, los salarios de los jubilados y pensionados por el piso, y los únicos que se llenaron de plata fueron ellos”.
“Si son verdaderamente democráticos tienen que reconocer que hay otro Gobierno, que tiene otras prioridades, otras políticas y que tienen que someterse a esas políticas, y no es que con amenazas, chantajes o con estas acciones violentas que ellos tienen que se puede construir una Argentina en serio”, completó.
Proyecto sobre impuesto a las Ganancias
Parrilli aseguró que la iniciativa presentada por Sergio Massa para que no paguen el impuesto a las Ganancias los salarios hasta 150 mil pesos, “es un buen proyecto, es auspicioso”.
Y cargó contra la gestión de Cambiemos al decir que “esta es otra de las grandes mentiras del macrismo”, porque cuando Cristina Kirchner dejó el poder había un “10, 12% de trabajadores que pagaban impuesto a las Ganancias; Macri dijo que lo iba a sacar, lo iba a eliminar y no solamente lo aumentó sino que aumentó la cantidad de trabajadores que pagan Ganancias”.
Para el senador, la medida será “una manera de mejorar el salario de los trabajadores y mejorar el consumo interno que es lo que Argentina necesita”.
Por otra parte, el legislador del Frente de Todos opinó que “las reformas tributarias hay que hacerlas paulatinamente, no se pueden hacer de un día para el otro porque eso genera un desequilibrio fiscal”.
Y remarcó: “Tenemos que ir haciendo modificaciones bajo el principio de llevar la presión fiscal sobre las grandes fortunas y riquezas”. “Argentina está por debajo de la presión tributaria de los cánones europeos sobre las grandes fortunas. Hoy paga muchos más impuestos el que menos tiene”, añadió.
Elecciones PASO
El kirchnerista se mostró a favor de que se realicen las elecciones PASO, aunque reconoció que quizás haya que “postergarlas en función de la pandemia y de resguardar la salud de la población”.
“Estoy de acuerdo con las PASO y con las generales, creo que es un mecanismo idoneo que se ha creado y me parece que los argentinos tenemos un sistema de votación, adoptado hace años, que ha dado sus frutos”, expresó.
En esa línea, dijo: “No me parece conveniente que todos los años estemos discutiendo a ver qué sistema electoral vamos a tener”. “Lo que sí es razonable y criterioso evaluar el momento en el cuál hacerlas”, reiteró y aseveró que “la democracia tiene su costo” y “en todo caso lo más importante es conservar su importancia”.
