Luego de que Javier Milei pusiera en duda la cifra de personas desaparecidas en la Argentina durante la dictadura militar, el presidente del Concejo Deliberante, Fernando Juri, expresó su posición.
«Al discurso negacionista del diputado Javier Milei respecto a los desaparecidos, le quiero responder con algunas frases expresadas por la Comision Nacional sobre la desaparición de Personas, CONADEP», señaló Juri.
«Las grandes calamidades son siempre aleccionadoras y sin duda el más terrible drama que en toda su historia sufrió la Nación Argentina son de difícil credibilidad, porque los hombres y mujeres de nuestro pueblo solo han conocido horrores semejantes a través de crónicas de otras latitudes», expresó el doctor Juri.
«Debería primar la responsabilidad que nace del saber, del estar enterado, porque a ello sigue inexorablemente, el preguntarse, ¿cómo evitar que pueda repetirse?, y la angustiante inquietud de advertir que víctimas y victimarios fueron nuestros contemporáneos», añadió.
«Los desaparecidos no son un número, los desaparecidos son y serán siempre una afrenta a nuestra historia como país», manifestó Juri.
