Los empresarios del transporte, no tiene para pagar los sueldo de los choferes
La Unión Tranviarios Automotor (UTA) podría resolver una nueva medida de fuerza, que afectará el servicio de transporte público, ya que los empresarios aducen que no cuentan con los 350 millones de pesos que demanda la planilla salarial de marzo.
Desde la Asociación de Empresarios del Transporte Automotor de Tucumán (AETAT), Luis García, horas de vencer el plazo legal para abonar los sueldos a los choferes, las empresas de colectivos no tienen recursos para hacer frente a la planilla salarial del mes de marzo. «No hay plata, esa la dura realidad de las empresas y esto lo venimos advirtiendo desde hace años, pero las autoridades prefieren mirar para otro lado», expresó el directivo de AETAT.
Sostuvo que «venimos diciendo que el sistema de transporte público no es sustentable y es necesario buscar otras alternativas frente a la crisis que afecta a la actividad».
Ante la imposibilidad de hacer frente al pago del sueldo del mes de marzo, la última palabra la tendrán los dirigentes de la UTA que como en meses anteriores podrán convocar a un paro de actividades, afectando el normal funcionamiento de transporte público de pasajeros.
García explicó que los recursos previstos para el mes de marzo resultan insuficientes para cumplir con el pago de haberes, ya que el subsidio de la provincia no llegará a las arcas empresariales porque se retendrán los 81 millones de pesos para cobrarse anticipos realizados en meses anteriores. En tanto que el subsidio nacional, unos 142 millones de pesos están demorados porque el gobierno provincial no remitió en tiempo y forma la correspondiente rendición de cuenta.
Sin embargo, García aseguró que la compensación tarifaria que remite la Nación no alcanzarán para cumplir con los trabajadores, ya que los 142 millones de pesos están muy lejos de los 350 millones de pesos que demanda la planilla salarial de los choferes.
El directivo de AETAT manifestó que están demandando el gobierno provincial que cumpla con el aporte asignado en el presupuesto provincial, aprobado por la Legislatura, de 170 millones de pesos mensuales para poder hacer frente al pago de haberes y sostener en parte los altos costos del servicio de transporte. García indicó que el gobierno de Juan Manzur redujo el subsidio a 81 millones de pesos mensuales.
