Malestar y preocupación en la economía salteña por la vuelta a fase 1
Desde los distintos rubros, aclararon que la idea no es confrontar con el Gobierno, sino que entiendan que no pueden sostener más la actividad con tanto parate y sin ningún tipo de ayuda. Frases como “crisis terminal” y “no vamos a sobrevivir” son una constante entre los referentes de los distintos sectores.
Mientras tanto, desde el Gobierno de la Provincia aclararon que los alcances de esta fase de aislamiento no serán tan amplios como los de abril y explicaron que en aquella oportunidad solo había 17 actividades exceptuadas y que, el decreto actual, cuenta más de 40.
Los comerciantes, que coparon las calles del centro de la ciudad ayer para hacer oír sus demandas, recordaron que días atrás debieron manifestarse para reclamar por la falta de asistencia financiera por parte del Gobierno ante la difícil situación que atraviesan y que ya se había agravado cuando la semana pasada se decidió cortar actividades en los días previos y posteriores a los feriados del Milagro.
Carol Ramos, una de las referentes de los comerciantes independientes, manifestó: “Nosotros, más que en contra de volver a fase 1, estamos en contra de volver a esta fase sin soluciones concretas para nuestros problemas. Pedimos soluciones desde la materia impositiva, de los alquileres, aportes patronales y pago de tarjetas. Somos pagadores natos y puros, pero así no podemos”.
“También tenemos miedo y quisiéramos estar en aislamiento con nuestras familias, pero tenemos que trabajar. Hay gente que con lágrimas en los ojos tuvo que vender sus autos para pagar alquileres”, reclamó.
El regreso a fase 1 se votó en la reunión del COE por amplia mayoría. El único voto en contra fue del Consejo Económico Social de Salta, sector que expuso que “una decisión en tal sentido complicaría la situación de fragilidad económica y social en la que ya se encuentran no sólo pymes y comercios, sino los sectores más vulnerables, aquellos que viven de las changas o trabajan en negro”.
El órgano de consulta, que encabeza el economista Lucas Dapena, objetó además que “todos los que decidieron semejante medida tienen asegurado el sueldo, por lo que resulta necesario pensar en cada una de aquellas personas que se verán perjudicadas al no poder trabajar y ganar el sustento diario”.
Advierten que necesitan asistencia
Comercios, gastronómicos y gimnasios aparecen entre las actividades que se verían más afectadas con una vuelta al aislamiento.
Referentes de los tres sectores manifestaron su preocupación por este nuevo parate que pone en riesgo su actividad.
En diálogo con El Tribuno, Maximiliano Kripper, propietario de un gimnasio, manifestó que “es entendible que quieran preservar la salud porque estamos con muchos problemas en la parte sanitaria y lo reconocemos, pero por otro lado es inviable que nos cierren 21 días sin ayuda porque no vamos a sobrevivir”.
“Queremos ser parte de la solución”, aseguró Kripper pero explicó que “ya nos pidieron que paremos cuatro veces y ya no tenemos resto, necesitamos ayuda”.
Este diario también se comunicó con Eduardo Kira, presidente de la Cámara de Hoteleros y Gastronómicos de Salta, quien expresó que desde el sector no están de acuerdo con volver a cerrar sus establecimientos y que una clausura por 21 días “sería prácticamente terminal” para muchos emprendimientos gastronómicos.
“La verdad, creemos que no estamos en condiciones de seguir cerrando los establecimientos. Sabemos que es prioritario el tema de la salud, pero también cumplimos con todos los protocolos de salubridad desde que comenzó la pandemia, y con la escasa gente que sale a utilizar nuestros servicios de bares y confiterías sabemos que no tiene la incidencia que hay en otros lugares como bancos o supermercados, que tienen una afluencia más importante”, expresó.
Por su parte, integrantes de la Cámara de Comercio e Industria de Salta difundieron un comunicado para manifestar su rechazo a la medida oficial.
Desde la institución están convencidos de que el “comercio cumple con todas las normas de protección y bioseguridad que garantizan el resguardo de los comerciantes, los empleados y los clientes”.
“Advertimos que no damos más, una eventual fase 1 generaría el cierre masivo de comercios con la pérdida de puestos laborales”, afirmaron.
