Marcelo Aguaysol: «Corre con más fuerza la inflación que los anuncios de mejora salarial»
El periodista de «La Gaceta», Marcelo Aguaysol, se comunicó con el programa Café Prensa transmitido por Mi Radio FM 92.7 mhz y Radios Tucumán FM 88.1 mhz. Charlamos sobre los puntos que se trataron durante el encuentro de los Gobernadores del Norte Grande.
«Primero, usando la analogía que uso el propio Jefe de la Gabinete de la Nación, Juan Manzur, de que el Norte deje de ser la cenicienta dela Argentina. Creo que sigue siendo la Cenicienta que no puede llegar al castillo, ese que es el área metropolitana de Buenos Aires y mientras tanto vamos a tener que seguir soñando con una compensación tarifaria de lo que recibe el área metropolitana, que es el 37% de la población nacional. Digo esto porque las restricciones presupuestarias no lleva a que bajen esas asimetrías, porque hay un compromiso del gobierno nacional de girar 45 millones para mantener en cierta medida a raya las tarifas en tanto los servicios de transporte de pasajeros como también en la energía eléctrica. . Habrá una propuesta, según dijo el Jefe de Gabinete, pero hay que esperar diez días hasta el que Ministro de Transporte, Alexis Guerrera, presente una idea de lo que puede llegar a ser una suerte de compensación extra a las provincias. Cumpliendo lo pactado, puede que llegue a mejorar los subsidios pero bajar el boleto, no creo.» expresó Aguaysol sobre la situación del transporte
Cuando se le pregunto si esta compensación sería para siempre o por única vez, respondió que cumpliendo «con lo pactado ya es suficiente. A Tucumán le faltan por lo menos 50 millones mensuales para que cumpla la cuota pactada con el gobierno nacional, con eso tiraría. Lamentablemente nosotros estamos inmersos en este espiral sin fin en el que no sabemos si harán algún paro en transporte, es una cuestión que nos supera como usuarios.» Y en este sentido manifestó que «hasta ahora nadie se sentó a analizar cual debería ser el nuevo esquema para que no estemos con el Jesús en la boca cada vez que los chóferes reclaman que no se les paga en tiempo y forma. Discusión que tampoco se dio con la coparticipación ni con el servicio eléctrico».
Y continuando con esta línea de análisis sentenció que «el mayor debate de esta gestión es reducir el índice inflacionario que se esta comiendo incluso los anuncios que hizo el Presidente de la Nación sobre el aumento del monto del Impuesto a las Ganancias. Corre con más fuerza la inflación que los anuncios de mejora salarial.»
Sobre la posible crisis del combustible y lo que ocurre con la productividad en la región del Norte, expresó que «hay cuestiones que no se dicen pero que en los hechos esta sucediendo. Sabemos que el corte de biodiesel es del 12% pero por la falta de combustible parece que se llevo a 15% para que tengamos un poco más de nafta en los surtidores. » En este sentido explicó que «en cierta medida esta situación favorece a la actividad alcoholera para seguir produciendo bioetanol, pero todo tiene un limite, porque hay muchas personas que no pueden renovar la unidad y necesitan una nafta super o premium para no dañar el motor.» Respecto a la producción industrial consideró que hay una gran preocupación «por el tema del gas , aunque no han llegado los fríos intensos pero hay una promesa de que no faltara el gas, se espera una provisión adicional por parte del gobierno Boliviano para que siga su curso natural. Pero en el medio esta esta situación que tienen lo proveedores que te llevan la materia prima, porque hay un paro por parte de los transportistas por tiempo indeterminado que generara problemas de traslados de la materia prima a los lugares de producción como de distribución. El problema de todo esto es el mismo, pagaremos más caro porque a mucha demanda y poca oferta, suben los precios.»
En relación a si se había determinado el próximo lugar de reunión, Aguaysol manifestó que sería en la provincia de Formosa, el día 5 de julio pero que «hasta entonces los gobernadores quieren soluciones». Y en este sentido, «Manzur habla de diez dias hasta conocer las cuestiones vinculadas con el transporte de pasajeros y las cuestiones vinculadas con el gasoil. Creo que llegar al 5 de julio sin respuesta en ninguna de las dos cuestiones será un problema político».
