Massa anunció la promulgación de la Ley de Incentivo a la Construcción
La normativa indica que, a mayor distancia de Buenos Aires, más grandes serán los incentivos aplicados a la inversión, resaltando el carácter federal de su diseño.
Este lunes, el ministro de Economía de la Nación, Sergio Massa, anunció desde San Fernando le Ley de Incentivo a la Construcción Federal Argentina y Acceso a la Vivienda, que apunta a generar «un alivio fiscal en el sector».
Del acto participó el intendente de la localidad, Juan Andreotti, y el secretario general de la UOCRA, Gerardo Martínez, y el titular del Frente Renovador puso de relieve la participación de trabajadores, inversores y Cámaras empresariales en el impulso de la medida.
Massa explicó que la ley «pretende que el ahorro de los argentinos se transforme en miles y miles de cascos amarillos a lo largo y ancho de la Argentina, porque tiene un fuerte carácter federal», y destacó que «cuanto más lejos de Buenos Aires es la inversión, más grandes son los incentivos que se aplican».
En este sentido, también añadió que «se gestó en base a acuerdos y consensos, entendiendo que es parte de los temas que trascienden a un Gobierno» y que «deben generar confianza y certidumbre en aquellos que desarrollan e invierten, generando trabajo y desarrollo para la Argentina».
Sobre el final, el titular de la cartera de Hacienda concluyó: «Es mucho más fácil destruir que construir. Nosotros elegimos construir.
Por eso invitamos a desarrolladores, ahorristas, representantes del sector, trabajadores y gobiernos locales a utilizar esta herramienta fiscal, para multiplicar el trabajo y el crecimiento nacional«.
Durante su intervención, Martínez destacó que «Sergio tiene la enorme responsabilidad de convertir al Ministerio de Economía en el ‘ministerio de la confianza’. Y, como lo conocemos y sabemos de su capacidad de gestión y su característica de ser un dirigente que acompaña las palabras con los hechos, confiamos en el éxito de su gestión y estamos dispuestos a acompañarlo en este desafío».
Respecto al anuncio, sentenció: «Acompañamos y celebramos esta iniciativa virtuosa que otorga incentivos claros y transparentes para la inversión de recursos privados en el desarrollo y construcción de viviendas. La construcción es madre de industrias y ordenador social y esta iniciativa fortalece la generación de empleo genuino y actividad económica».
