En cuanto a la foto del Intendente Germán Alfaro junto al Gobernador Juan Manzur, manifestó «La relación institucional del intendente con el gobernador es producto de los cargos que detentan. Germán Alfaro ha tratado desde siempre tener esta relación producto de la pandemia. Concordar desde lo institucional en asuntos de la gente, lo veo bien.
Germán Alfaro es un intendente ocupado y preocupado por la gente. Me parece excelente la foto del intendente con el gobernador en el marco de la pandemia«.
