Medidas ante el aumento sostenido del número de casos de Covid-19

El Gobierno nacional informó medidas y recomendaciones para minimizar las posibilidades de transmisión del Covid-19 ante la preocupante situación epidemiológica por un aumento sostenido del número de casos.

El gobierno nacional anunció una serie de medidas para contener el incremento de casos de coronavirus ante «la preocupante situación epidemiológica», que ha mostrado en las últimas semanas» un aumento sostenido del número de casos. El jefe de Gabinete, Santiago Cafiero, y la ministra de Salud, Carla Vizzotti, dieron una conferencia de prensa luego de reunirse con el presidente Alberto Fernández.

Entre las medidas figura la eximición de asistencia del sector público nacional a los lugares de trabajo desde el lunes hasta el miércoles, el pedido ante la inminencia de Semana Santa de evitar «actividades de alto riesgo» y «reforzar protocolos» de turismo, tema que será motivo de análisis de un Consejo Federal de Salud y Turismo que se convocará. Además, anunciaron la aplicación de un nuevo decreto para limitar la circulación en horario nocturno que deberá ser definido por gobernadores e intendentes. 

Vizzotti, aseguró que «los contagios están subiendo» y que la situación epidemiológica es «preocupante», por lo que se recomendó a gobiernos provinciales y municipales tomar medidas en sintonía como las tomadas por el Gobierno nacional durante las vacaciones de verano, en un mensaje desde la residencia de Olivos.

LOS ANUNCIOS OFICIALES

– Teletrabajo de la administración pública nacional. Desde mañana hasta el miércoles inclusive el sector público nacional quedará eximido de asistir al lugar de trabajo y cumplirá sus tareas de modo remoto o por teletrabajo. El Gobierno nacional invitó a sumarse a esta medida a los gobiernos provinciales, municipales, poder legislativo, judicial y al sector privado.

– Turismo con cuidados. Ante la proximidad de Semana Santa, es fundamental redoblar los esfuerzos para fortalecer los cuidados y sostener el turismo con cuidado, evitando las actividades de alto riesgo, lo que será posible con el compromiso de las provincias, los municipios, el sector privado y la sociedad. Este verano se movilizaron 12.8 millones de argentinos y argentinas en el territorio nacional, lo que demuestra que es posible.

– Reunión con sectores del turismo. Mañana se realizarán reuniones entre los Ministerios de Salud, y de Turismo y Deportes con las cámaras de turismo, de transporte, y las aerolíneas, para fortalecer los protocolos de cuidado. Además, se va a convocar un Consejo Federal de Salud y de Turismo conjunto para trabajar de manera consensuada y federal.

– Educación. La presencialidad en las aulas es una prioridad y no debe confundirse con las actividades sociales que puedan derivar del encuentro de los niños, niñas y adolescentes.

– Medidas de prevención. El Gobierno nacional destacó la importancia de continuar llevando adelante las medidas básicas de cuidado que son la distancia de dos metros, utilizar tapa boca, mantener la higiene de las manos, realizar las actividades al aire libre o en ambientes aislados. Además, remarcó la importancia de la consulta precoz ante síntomas, de evitar el contacto con otras personas y de cumplir el aislamiento en caso de ser contacto estrecho de un caso.

Estas medidas sumadas a la suspensión de vuelos, el refuerzo del control en la frontera y el cumplimiento del aislamiento favorecerán el objetivo de minimizar la transmisión del virus.
