Enfrenta otro juicio por presunta sustracción de un expediente judicial
La líder de la Túpac Amaru se verá involucrada en un nuevo juicio oral y público ante el Tribunal Criminal N°3 de Jujuy, acusada de ser «determinadora directa» en al sustracción de un expediente judicial.
Milagro Sala afrontará este jueves 18 de agosto un nuevo juicio oral y público ante un tribunal provincial de Jujuy, en el marco de la causa donde es acusada por presunta participación en la sustracción de un expediente judicial en 2009.
El Tribunal Criminal N°3 de Jujuy iniciará el juicio a tres imputados, dos acusados por la sustracción del documento y cohecho, y a Sala acusada de ser «determinadora directa» de dicha sustracción.
El hecho por el que se juzga a la dirigente social es la desaparición del expediente judicial en el que se tramitaba un episodio ocurrido en 2007, conocido como «la balacera de Azopardo», un enfrentamiento que culminó con un joven asesinado.
Si bien por dicho caso se realizó un juicio oral, Sala, quien fue acusada de «instigadora», resultó absuelta en 2018 en base al «beneficio de la duda».
En esta oportunidad no se busca juzgar nuevamente el homicidio, sino la presunta determinación de la líder de la Túpac Amaru para que Marcos Romero, ex empleado judicial, y Antonio Alberto Bellido, abogado, sustrajeran el documento.
Tras haber estado internada por una trombosis venosa profunda, una junta médica judicial concluyó que Sala está en condiciones de afrontar el nuevo proceso.
El Tribunal Criminal que juzgará a la dirigente social está integrado por María Margarita Nallar, Ana Carolina Pérez Rojas y Mario Puig.
La causa
En relación a la causa, todos los imputados fueron sobreseídos en 2012, pero en 2017, cuando la dirigente ya llevaba casi dos años presa por otros casos, apareció un nuevo testigo que había formado parte de la agrupación Túpac Amaru, Alejandro «Pilo» Mancilla.
Según declaró Mancilla, Sala ordenó al sustracción y destrucción del expediente, dato con el que el fiscal Diego Cussel reabrió la investigación y la elevó a juicio.
Por su parte, la defensa de Sala argumenta que Mancilla es un testigo falso y que en 2014 este fue detenido e imputado, junto a otras personas, por secuestrar, torturar, vejar y abusar sexualmente por empalamiento durante 12hs a dos jóvenes y un menor.
Según señaló la defensa, el testigo fue excarcelado en 2017 tras dos años de prisión preventiva, contexto en el que formuló las acusaciones en contra de Sala tanto en este expediente como en otros dos que aún no llegan a juicio.
