Javier Milei, diputado de la Libertad Avanza por la Ciudad de Buenos Aires, presentó su plan denominado «motosierra» de cara a las elecciones 2023. En un acto realizado en Córdoba, en el que estuvo acompañado por referentes liberales, el economista puso como eje de las cuestiones económicas lo que sucederá con los subsidios y la propuesta de una reforma previsional.
Así, Milei explicó cuáles serían las primeras medidas que tomaría como presidente. Por un lado, planteó «la eliminación total de la obra pública para pasar a un sistema de iniciativa privada», aunque remarcó que el programa que propugna «no es instantáneo» en cuanto a sus resultados.
Además, detalló que el plan económico que quiere llevar adelante «no tiene que quedar, también hay que terminar con ese oxímoron llamado empresas públicas». Es por eso que hay que terminar con el «aguantadero de ñoquis y parásitos».
En tanto, volvió a mencionar cuál será el futuro de Aerolíneas Argentinas en caso de llegar al poder en 2023. Milei indicó que le entregará la compañía a sus empleados, ya que «nadie la va a querer comprar». A su vez, insistió en que «hay que avanzar en la privatización de todas las empresas». En ese sentido, citó el caso de YPF y afirmó: «Fijense el desastre que causó el kirchnerismo».
Ante los presentes en el acto, el libertario expuso su deseo de llevar a la Argentina ser nuevamente una potencia mundial. «Vamos a llegar a ser potencia mundial en 35 años, aunque los primeros cambios y progresos se notarán mucho antes. El precio de la libertad es su eterna vigilancia, y no solo debemos dar la batalla política, sino seguir peleando la batalla cultural», afirmó.

Milei, quien hace algunos días elogió a Margaret Thatcher, explicó que haría con los subsidios energéticos, para los cuales el gobierno lanzará en los próximos días un formulario de inscripción para mantener el descuento. El libertario consideró que es un «verdadero escándalo» y que terminará con la financiación de estos.
Aunque, remarcó quiénes serán los grupos no afectados en esta cuestión. Jubilados, titulares de planes sociales y empleados públicos quedarán exentos de esta medida. «Estamos yendo contra la casta, no contra la gente de bien», aclaró.

Otro de los puntos claves en este programa será el impulso de una reforma previsional con la creación de seguros de desempleos que se pueden «contratar libremente».
«Una vez que podamos avanzar en la reforma laboral podremos avanzar en abrir la economía y va a generar muchos años de crecimiento económico y prosperidad», explicó.
Por otro lado, remarcó que su reforma predilecta será la «reforma bancaria». Una vez más, dejó sentado que eliminará el Banco Central de la República Argentina. «Que a la postre termine eliminando el Banco Central y hagamos que no haya más inflación en Argentina», aseguró.
