«No se puede pensar en habilitar el fútbol»
El ministro de Salud, Ginés González García, aseguró que no ve la «necesidad de que vuelva a entrenarse».
Ginés González García, ensayó una lacónica negativa sobre un inmediato regreso de la actividad futbolística, en medio del coronavirus, reafirmando que “no se puede pensar en habilitar el fútbol”, por la creciente cantidad de contagios.
“No se puede pensar en habilitar el fútbol ni en el AMBA ni en el resto del país en el corto plazo”, expresó el máximo funcionario de la cartera sanitaria.
La Argentina registró este viernes un record de contagios por COVID-19, al arrojar resultado positivo los testeos de 1.391 personas. Es la máxima cantidad desde que arrancó la pandemia en marzo pasado.
“No veo necesidad de que vuelva a entrenarse en el fútbol competitivo. No veo por qué hay tanta ansiedad”, consideró González García, en una charla que reprodujo la Red Argentina de Periodismo Científico.
Durante la semana, distintos clubes del interior del país, como Talleres de Córdoba y Godoy Cruz de Mendoza, elevaron sendos protocolos para empezar los entrenamientos de sus respectivos planteles profesionales.
Inclusive para el martes venidero estaba prevista una reunión virtual entre autoridades de AFA, dirigentes de clubes, representantes del Ministerio de Deporte y Turismo y funcionarios de Salud para intentar otorgar una “fecha estimativa” de retorno a las prácticas para los equipos del fútbol local.
