La ministra de Seguridad, Sabina Frederic, reconoció la problemática sobre el incremento de tomas de tierras. Admitió “diferencias” con Sergio Berni.
La ministra Frederic, afirmó ,“no se puede poner a un policía cuidando cada pedazo de tierra desocupada”. De esta manera, volvió a referirse al incremento de tomas de tierras en distintos puntos del país.
“Hay una tarea preventiva que hacer, la policía es un actor, pero es mucho más importante el trabajo de intendentes y los vínculos con las organizaciones sociales y las demandas”, dijo, en declaraciones radiales.
“Hay cantidades enormes de tierras desocupadas y no se puede poner a un policía cuidando cada uno”, sostuvo.
En tanto, no descartó que existan organizaciones que buscan rédito económico con las tomas. En cuanto a las versiones de ciertas motivaciones políticas para realizar estos ilícitos, respondió: “Sí sé que hay rumores. Si hay una intervención de actores políticos, entonces es fundamental la presencia de los intendentes”.
A su vez, hizo alusión a la actuación policial y judicial en estos hechos: “Cuando se produce una toma de tierras, está ajustada y dependiente de las decisiones que toma la justicia. Somos auxiliares de la justicia. Quien decide si es un delito o no, no somos nosotros, lo resuelve la Justicia”.
“Si la policía descubre que hay un movimiento de ocupar tierras o usurpar tiene que actuar. Actuar es dar conocimiento a la Justicia. Hay que entender las limitaciones que tienen las fuerzas de seguridad (también en el buen sentido, para que no haya abusos)”, explicó.
Su relación con Sergio Berni
Por su parte, consultada sobre su vínculo con su par bonaerense, Sergio Berni, Frederic contestó: “Me molesta que se ponga en términos de interna. Hemos tenido diferencias en el modo de llevar adelante la coordinación, hasta que nos pusimos de acuerdo”.
“El conflicto es parte de la negociación de cómo llevar adelante las cosas y lo conseguimos desde esa reunión de julio y estamos trabajando muy bien con la provincia”, señaló.
De igual forma reconoció que las diferencias que tienen con Berni “están a la vista”. “Pero el eje es tratar de llevarle la seguridad que merece y tiene derecho la población de la Provincia”, consideró la funcionaria.
