Oficializan el pase a planta permanente de poco más de 11 mil empleados públicos

La secretaria de Gestión y Empleo Público, Ana Castellani, explicó que se trata de una Decisión Administrativa que «regulariza la situación de personas» con contratos transitorios.El Gobierno nacional oficializó este miércoles el pase a planta permanente de 11.172 empleados públicos, a través de la Decisión Administrativa 1086 que autoriza el llamado a concurso, para aquellos trabajadores que tienen «como mínimo 5 años de antigüedad o más en modalidad de designación transitoria».

La secretaria de Gestión y Empleo Público, Ana Castellani, explicó que la Decisión Administrativa «regulariza la situación de personas que trabajan» actualmente en el Estado mediante contratos transitorios.

«Da la posibilidad de concursar para regularizar su situación a gente que trabaja en el Estado incluso desde los períodos de (Carlos) Menem, (Eduardo) Duhalde, de Cristina (Kirchner) o mismo (Mauricio) Macri«, indicó Castellani.

Según indicaron en un comunicado, la secretaria de Gestión y Empleo Público destacó que «tener la posibilidad de concursar por el cargo que ocupa es un derecho elemental del trabajador».

Además, precisaron que «la medida anunciada no implica costo fiscal adicional, ya que para presentarse al concurso interno las y los trabajadores deben tener como mínimo 5 años de antigüedad o más en modalidad de designación transitoria».

«Se trata de un cambio en la modalidad de contratación de trabajadoras y trabajadores que ya se están desempeñando en la función pública», explicó Castellani.

En ese punto, la funcionaria nacional subrayó: «No hay sueldos nuevos ni personas nuevas. No es un concurso que permite ingresar a alguien de afuera sino que compiten los que forman parte de los organismos».

Por último, aclaró que la Decisión Administrativa publicada hoy tiene que ver con «cumplir el plan acordado en la paritaria celebrada en diciembre de 2020» y sostuvo: «Esto no es nuevo y lleva el apoyo de todos los gremios estatales«. (NA)
