Emiliano Vargas Aignasse: «Osvaldo Jaldo será el próximo candidato a gobernador»
El concejal capitalino Emiliano Vargas Aignasse visitó el programa Café Prensa, emitido por Mi Radio FM 92.7 mhz y Radios Tucumán FM 88.1 mhz. Charlamos sobre su último proyecto presentado en el Concejo Deliberante y el panorama político actual.
Respecto a la unidad del peronismo tras las últimas elecciones intermedias, el edil explicó: «Yo creo que tenemos que tener un criterio claro de este vinculo con la llegada de Juan Manzur al gabinete y Osvaldo Jaldo en la gobernación alinearon los astros para el peronismo.» Y además hizo hincapié en la gestión del actual gobernador de la provincia: «Estos meses con Jaldo como gobernador de la provincia nos marca el camino, y no tengo ningún tipo de duda que es el próximo candidato a gobernador y será elegido por la gente. Todos los peronistas tucumanos que acompañen esta idea, tienen que tener claro de Osvaldo Jaldo como gobernador y buscar el mejor posicionamiento de Juan Manzur en Buenos Aires»
También se refirió al nuevo Ministro de Obras Públicas Fabián Soria: «Estos casi dos años debemos pensar que debe conseguir la mayor cantidad de recursos posibles. Veo muy positiva la creación del ministerio de obras públicas, porque necesitamos equipos técnicos. Que Jaldo y Manzur eligieran una persona técnica que se encargue de cerrar las carpetas técnicamente hablando para que lleguen las obras a la provincia.»
Sobre el posible candidato a intendente por el peronismo en 2023 sentenció que debería debatirse quien sería el mejor candidato a intendente para la Capital y que dentro del peronismo tienen «varias posibilidades. La capital merece una interna, porque debe mostrarse que aquellas personas que quieran serlo se presente en una interna.»
En relación al proyecto presentado por el edil en el cual sostiene que la Municipalidad de San Miguel de Tucumán debe hacerse cargo de los arreglos a vehículo particulares por daños producidos por los baches en la calles capitalinas, explicó que el mismo «aun no tiene tratamiento pero trabajaremos para eso. El objetivo es que la ciudad se haga cargo y resuelva el problema. Porque no tenemos planificación para solución de calles.»
Y agregó respecto a esta cuestión: «La obligación primaria de la municipalidad es el arreglo de las calles. Si después quiere denunciar a una empresa o a un ente lo puede hacer, pero zapatero a su zapato. Le digo a Germán Alfaro que debe hacerse cargo del arreglo porque es su responsabilidad.»
El edil manifestó su visión respecto al control de cuentas y el proceso de trabajo del presupuesto: «La comisión de hacienda no tiene la facultad de hacer control de cuentas en tiempo real. Desde la comisión que presido he planteado la creación de un Tribunal de Cuentas Municipal como órgano independiente que controle tanto a la Municipalidad como al Concejo Deliberante. Considero que esta dinámica de cuentas debería funcionar de una manera diferente. Yo creo que la comisión de hacienda no perdería facultades como tratar un presupuesto con una dinámica de este estilo. A diferencia del caso de la Legislatura hace todo lo que tiene que hacer pero con un tribunal de cuentas.»
«Creemos que la hoja de ruta que es un presupuesto es algo que se tiene que aprobar porque no se puede dejar a un municipio sin presupuesto. Lo que si se puede hacer son modificaciones presupuestarias, reasignaciones de partidas. Pero el presupuesto llega siempre tarde, cuando debería llegas hasta el 31 de octubre del año anterior y ser tratado antes del año en cuestión. En la gestión de Germán Alfaro llega cuando quiere.» agregó
En la sección de PING PONG explicó que atendía desde una oficina dentro de Casa de Gobierno porque receptaba necesidades urgentes y que las mismas las gestionaba como un asesor externo sin goce de sueldo. También admitió que tiene una excelente relación con el gobernador Osvaldo Jaldo y que en 2023 le gustaría ser candidato a intendente por la Capital.
