La foto de alto voltaje político que divide a la CGT
El cotitular cegetista se reunió con el jefe de La Cámpora luego de dos encuentros que sus colegas de la central obrera mantuvieron con Alberto Fernández y a los que no fue invitado. Otros signos de una imprevisible pelea sindical
Pablo Moyano se reunió con Máximo Kirchner y así se cristalizó una virtual fractura en la Confederación General del Trabajo (CGT), a poco más de cuatro meses de su unificación. El sector mayoritario de la central obrera mantuvo dos encuentros con Alberto Fernández sin la presencia del dirigente de Camioneros, que ahora respondió, nada ingenuamente, con una foto que se metió de lleno en la fuerte pelea en el Frente de Todos entre el Presidente y la Vicepresidenta.
La información sobre el encuentro fue publicada hoy en las redes sociales del Sindicato de Camioneros, donde se menciona que ambos “mantuvieron una charla política y gremial, y además conversaron sobre la situación que está atravesando el país y la actualidad laboral de los trabajadores, sobre el crecimiento del PJ Bonaerense” (sic).
La pelea que crecerá desde ahora en la CGT también registró otro gesto del hijo de Hugo Moyano: firmó un documento con sindicalistas de su propio sector y otros alineados con el kirchnerismo en el que advirtieron que “ante cualquier ajuste nos convocaremos nuevamente a las calles, a lo largo y a lo ancho de nuestra patria, reclamando por lo que se comprometieron, salarios y jubilaciones por encima de la inflación, ningún tipo de reforma laboral ni previsional, y las tarifas de los servicios públicas deben ser razonablemente accesibles para el trabajador”.
Para estos dirigentes gremiales, además, debe “prorrogarse” la Ley de Aporte Solidario y Extraordinario de las grandes fortunas que impulsó el kirchnerismo “mientras dure el endeudamiento con el Fondo Monetario Internacional (FMI)” porque “deben ser los sectores más pudientes de nuestra sociedad” los que se encarguen de pagar la deuda externa.
Alberto Fernández y el cotitular de la CGT Héctor DaerPablo Moyano adoptó así una postura distinta no sólo de la coalición sindical que controla la CGT y que respalda al Presidente sino también respecto de su propio padre: Hugo Moyano tiene una intensa relación personal con el primer mandatario, llena de llamados y encuentros reservados.
De por sí, Alberto Fernández recibió al líder de Camioneros y otros dirigentes del sindicato, como Omar Pérez, uno de sus dirigentes de confianza, y dos de los hijos de Moyano: Hugo Jr., abogado laboralista, y Jerónimo, el menor de la familia y fruto de la relación con su actual esposa, Liliana Zulet.
Moyano estuvo sondeando en ese contacto la posibilidad de que el Gobierno le otorgue un millonario salvataje financiero a la obra social de Camioneros, que atraviesa una severa crisis financiera. Alberto Fernández sabe que si accede se peleará con el resto de los sindicalistas, que también conducen obras sociales deficitarias y a las que la Casa Rosada no brinda ayuda adicional.
Tampoco estuvo allí Pablo Moyano: padre e hijo están peleados desde el año pasado justamente por la crisis de la obra social camionera. Las discusiones se habrían intensificado porque el cotitular de la CGT objetó que el sistema de salud del gremio afronte problemas financieros mientras que la empresa que la gerencia, propiedad de la esposa de Hugo Moyano, muestra signos de prosperidad.

¿Terminarán enfrentados padre e hijo por la interna del Frente de Todos? Hasta su pelea, Pablo había abandonado su acercamiento al kirchnerismo, esbozado en los primeros tiempos del gobierno de Alberto Fernández, y se habían acercado luego de que Cristina Kirchner marginó al moyanismo en la confección de las listas de candidatos para las elecciones legislativas del año pasado.
En la CGT, la situación interna se torna explosiva. Pablo Moyano se sumó en noviembre de 2020 al triunvirato conducción de una central obrera unificada, pero tuvo un comienzo sugestivo: no fue al congreso cegetista porque dijo estar enfermo y dio un mensaje a los presentes por videollamada.
Desde entonces, el dirigente de Camioneros se diferenció cada vez que pudo: mantuvo reuniones políticas y sindicales en la sede de la CGT, en Azopardo 802, sin avisarles a sus pares. Y la réplica de sus rivales estuvo a tono: Pablo Moyano fue excluido de los encuentros de la mesa chica cegetista, donde están los dirigentes del sector de “los Gordos” (Daer, de Sanidad, y Armando Cavalieri, de Comercio); el barrionuevismo (Carlos Acuña, de estaciones de servicio) y los independientes (Andrés Rodríguez, de UPCN; Gerardo Martínez, de la UOCRA, y José Luis Lingeri, de Obras Sanitarias).
Una de las reuniones de Pablo Moyano en la CGT: con su hermano Facundo y el dirigente petrolero y diputado nacional Claudio VidalHace quince días, esos últimos dirigentes se reunieron en la sede de UPCN y allí surgieron críticas contra el Gobierno, pero también cuestionamientos al estilo individualista de Pablo Moyano. Lo mismo sucedió un día después, en un encuentro cegetista ampliado que se hizo en la UOCRA. Obviamente no estaba el dirigente de Camioneros ni ningún representante de su sector.
Daer, de estrecha relación con Alberto Fernández, y Acuña encabezaron en los últimos 10 días dos encuentros reservados de la mesa chica de la CGT y el Presidente. El primero tuvo lugar el martes 23 de este mes en la Federación de Trabajadores de la Sanidad, donde el primer mandatario sondeó a la dirigencia sindical para sumarla a un “pacto de gobernabilidad” que baje las expectativas inflacionarias. Dicen que Moyano directamente no fue invitado.
El segundo encuentro, que se hizo el lunes pasado, en el mismo lugar, contó con la presencia de más funcionarios, empresarios de la Unión Industrial Argentina (UIA) y más dirigentes de la CGT. Hay quienes aseguran que Daer lo llamó a Moyano para que se sume, pero éste no respondió.
Dos días después, la foto de Pablo Moyano sonriendo al lado de Máximo Kirchner, uno de los principales cuestionadores del Presidente, fue una respuesta evidente para sus colegas de la CGT. La semana próxima está previsto que unos y otros coincidan en una reunión del Consejo Directivo cegetista. No será fácil que, si se concreta, se desarrolle en forma pacífica.
Para salir de esta encerrona política que amaga con volver a fracturarla, la CGT quizá debería copiar una de las propuestas más audaces de Alberto Fernández en los últimos tiempos, en este caso efectuada hace pocas horas a empresarios y sindicalistas en el Consejo Económico y Social: “Hagamos una suerte de terapia de grupo y encontremos una solución en conjunto”.
