Pagamos casi cinco veces más de lo que cobraron los productores agrícolas
La CAME realizó un relevamiento de precios en comercios de cercanía e hipermercados. Naranjas, limones, repollos y zanahorias fueron los productos que mayores alzas presentaron durante el mes de abril.
La Cámara Argentina de la Mediana Empresa (CAME) presentó los resultados del Índice de Precios en Origen y Destino (IPOD), este relevamiento abarca el seguimiento de costos de 24 principales alimentos agropecuarios en las distintas zonas productoras y los precios que pagan los consumidores en las góndolas de supermercados, verdulerías y comercios de cercanía.
Durante el mes de abril, los consumidores pagaron un promedio de 4,67 veces más que lo que recibieron sus productores agrarios, fue un 8,7% más que en marzo, mientras que la participación del productor en el precio final bajó a 28,1% respecto del mes anterior.
La diferencia estuvo impulsada, fundamentalmente, por una caída de 3,74% en los desembolsos al productor, mientras que los costos al consumidor tuvieron una suba de 1,63% en los comercios pymes de cercanía y una baja de 0,44% en los hipermercados.
Los productos con mayor suba mensual en sus precios fueron la naranja, con un alza de 86,5%, el limón (+83,3%), el repollo (+23,3%) y la zanahoria (+22,5%), mientras que los de mayores bajas fueron el tomate y la mandarina (ambos descendieron 13,4%), y la calabaza (-11,5%).
En cuanto a la brecha entre su precio de venta y lo que reciben los productores, la peor situación se detectó en la zanahoria, donde el precio se multiplicó por 14,3 veces desde que salió del campo, seguida por la calabaza (9,4 veces), el zapallito (8,5 veces), y el limón (7,8 veces).
Los productos con menores disparidades, en tanto, fueron la acelga (1,6 veces), el huevo (2,2 veces), el pollo (2,2 veces) y el repollo (2,3).
En el caso de la naranja, «la variación del monto en origen, según comentaron los productores, responde a que aumentó la oferta por el inicio de la cosecha local. Interanualmente, se observa una variación del 142,85% en el importe de origen«, detalló el informe mensual de CAME.
La mejor situación la volvió a tener la acelga, donde el productor recibió en promedio el 61% del precio de venta minorista de esa verdura, aunque algo menos del 65% que había recibido en marzo, mientras que la zanahoria volvió a ser el producto en peor situación ya que el productor apenas se llevó el 7% de lo que pagó el consumidor.
