Paro de colectivos de corta y media distancia
Dictan la conciliación obligatoria, pero varias provincias no acatarán
La medida del Ministerio de Trabajo es por 10 días. Sin embargo, en Santa Fe, Chaco, Salta, Santiago del Estero, Jujuy, Tucumán, Córdoba, Entre Ríos y Corrientes habrá huelga.
Los transportistas reclaman los mismos sueldos que en AMBA.
Luego de que la Unión de Tranviarios Automotor (UTA) anunciara un paro de colectivos de corta y media distancia por 48 horas desde las 0 de este martes, el ministerio de Trabajo dictó la conciliación obligatoria por un período hábil de 10 días.
Sin embargo, seccionales de la UTA de distintos puntos del país ya anunciaron que no la acatarán y mañana iniciarán la medida de fuerza. Entre ellas, Rosario, Santa Fe, Chaco, Salta, Santiago del Estero, Corrientes, Jujuy, Córdoba, Entre Ríos y Tucumán.
El paro previsto afecta los servicios de todo el interior país que circulan por fuera del área metropolitana de Buenos Aires. El reclamo apunta, precisamente, para cobrar el mismo aumento que se le otorgó a sus pares de AMBA.
La conciliación impuesta la directora nacional de Relaciones y Regulaciones del Trabajo fue implementada por Gabriela Marcello porque el conflicto impediría «la normal operatoria de las empresas, con un grave perjuicio a la sociedad».
En este sentido, se intimó a la organización sindical y a los trabajadores encuadrados en ella a dejar sin efecto durante ese plazo «toda medida de acción directa que estuviesen implementando y/o tuvieran previsto aplicar, prestando servicios de manera normal y habitual».
Más temprano, el sindicato informó el cese de actividades «por 48 horas para todos los trabajadores del transporte de pasajeros de corta y media distancia del interior del país a partir de las 00 del martes 26 del corriente». La medida de fuerza estaría vigente hasta las 00 del jueves.
En el texto firmado por el histórico dirigente Roberto Fernández, el secretario general de UTA, indicaron que el paro es en reclamo de un «aumento salarial para los trabajadores del transporte de pasajeros del interior del país».
También responsabilizaron al Comité Federal de Transporte, del que participa el ministro nacional Alexis Guerrera, por la medida y cuestionaron a los gobiernos provinciales: «No solo han abandonado todos los ámbitos de negociación paritaria sino que desconocen las reiteradas invitaciones a participar de la discusión salarial».
«Hemos agotado todas las gestiones necesarias a fin de lograr el aumento salarial para los trabajadores del transporte de pasajeros del interior del país», expresó la UTA en un comunicado publicado en su sitio web.
El 8 de abril pasado, la UTA cerró el acuerdo paritario de 2022 para los choferes de corta y media distancia del AMBA. El salario básico se incrementará a 150 mil pesos desde agosto. El sindicato apunta a lograr para los trabajadores del interior el mismo acuerdo, que representa un 50 por ciento de incremento anual.
Asegura que le pidieron a las autoridades del Comité Federal de Transporte su «necesaria participación, compromiso y aportes, para un sistema del que no son nada menos que los titulares únicos y primeros, pese a lo cual, se han desentendido, sin asumir su rol, razón por la cual les responsabilizamos de todas las consecuencias derivadas de las medidas de acción gremial a disponerse».
«Bajo la regla de ‘igual remuneración por igual trabajo’ no vamos a permitir salarios por debajo de la inflación, ni haberes inferiores en el interior, a los de la denominada Área Metropolitana de Buenos Aires», indicaron.
El último paro que había realizado la UTA fue de choferes del sector larga distancia por 72 horas en agosto pasado, también debido al reclamo de aumentos salariales y del cese del pago en cuotas.
Uno de los argumentos de las provincias, que según la UTA no participaron de las negociaciones, es la diferencia que existe entre los valores que tiene un pasaje de colectivo en el AMBA contra uno en cualquiera de las otras urbes del resto del país. Mientras en CABA un boleto de colectivo cuesta unos $18, en Córdoba un pasaje puede valer cerca de $59.
A comienzos del año, los intendentes Pablo Javkin (Rosario), Emilio Jatón (Santa Fe) y Martín Llaryora (Córdoba) habían insistido a Casa Rosada por las asimetrías en las tarifas, que son cubiertas a través de subsidios de Nación, las provincias y los municipios. Actualmente, el AMBA recibe el 84% de los subsidios en materia de transporte.

When I initially left a comment I appear to
have clicked the -Notify me when new comments are
added- checkbox and now whenever a comment is added I get 4 emails with the exact same comment.
Is there an easy method you can remove me from that service?
