Sánchez pide más policías y comisarías en la ciudad
“La Justicia no está actuando como debe”, dijo el intendente de esa ciudad.
“En cualquier lugar de la Argentina y de la provincia la situación está igual. Concepción no es ajeno a esta ola de inseguridad”, manifestó el intendente de esa ciudad, Roberto Sánchez, recordando el doble homicidio ocurrido el domingo en su distrito, que se vincularía con un intento de robo (ver aparte) y la muerte de Franco Yáñez, de 19 años, ocurrida la semana pasada por una presunta disputa entre dos familias de Concepción.
El funcionario señaló que una gran falencia que sufren en la “Perla del Sur” es que la comisaría “no tiene la capacidad de policías que debería tener”. Sin embargo, apuntó a que el principal problema sería el jurídico.
“La situación más grave la veo en la Justicia, no parece estar a al altura de la circunstancias. La misma Policía nos cuenta que ellos actúan aprehendiendo a motochorros armados y que luego la Justicia los libera. Justamente hace unos días tuvimos un caso así, entonces son varias las aristas que competen a esta situación: nos faltan policías para la ciudad, la Justicia no actúa como debe, y luego está la cuestión social y el grado de violencia que viene aumentando en todo el país”, argumentó.

“Hemos ofrecido poner en condiciones una casa del barrio Primero de Mayo II para que se ponga una dependencia policial destinada a la División Motorizada. También le hemos ofrecido al Ministerio de Seguridad otra dependencia en el sector sur de la ciudad, donde funcionaba un centro de jubilados, que habrá que remodelar. Con nuestro personal creemos que en 20 días podemos dejarla en condiciones para que allí funcione otra dependencia policial”, aseguró Sánchez. El intendente también explicó que se planea renovar el sistema de monitoreo de la ciudad y agregar 20 cámaras de seguridad a las 15 que venían funcionando hasta el momento.
