Precios Justos: comercios informarán mensualmente precios y cantidades vendidas
La Secretaria de Comercio dispuso que comercio e industria informen mensualmente al Estado precios y cantidades vendidas.
Se publicó en el Boletín Oficial, la Resolución 67/2023. Anuncia que las empresas de los sectores de comercio y de la industria que durante 2019 hayan registrado ventas totales en el mercado interno superiores a determinadas cifras, según su categoría, deberán informar mensualmente en el Sistema Informativo para la Implementación de Políticas de Reactivación Económica (Sipre) los precios vigentes y cantidades vendidas de todos sus bienes finales o intermedio, hasta el día 31 de diciembre de 2023.
Los comercios deberán informar a partir de ventas superiores a $ 23.560.000, y de $ 21.990.000 en el caso de la industria. Las pequeñas empresas lo harán cuando superen $ 141.680.000 y las pequeñas industrias desde los $ 157.740.000 respectivamente.
Para las medianas empresas del tramo 1 esos límites serán de $ 1.190.400 para el comercio y de $ 986.080 para la industria; y para las del tramo 1, de $ 1.700.590.000 y $ 1.441.090.000.
La normativa precisó que “por ventas totales en el mercado interno, se entiende al valor de las ventas realizadas con destino en el territorio nacional, excluidos el Impuesto al Valor Agregado (IVA) y el Impuesto Interno que pudiera corresponder”.
Las empresas deberán informar además los precios y las cantidades producidas y vendidas, como también el stock de todos sus productos durante enero de 2023, teniendo plazo hasta el día 10 de marzo.
La resolución destacó que “el aumento general de precios en un contexto económico social complejo como el que la Argentina y el mundo en general se encuentra atravesando, afecta especialmente el bienestar general de la población”.
