Presupuesto 2022: dólar a $131 e inflación de 33%

El proyecto de Presupuesto 2022 ingresó al Congreso. El Ministerio de Economía remarcó que el texto hace fuerte énfasis en la recuperación de la actividad.

En medio de horas convulsas como consecuencia de la crisis política que sacude al Gobierno tras la derrota en las PASO, este miércoles, a minutos de la medianoche, ingresó al Congreso el proyecto de ley de Presupuesto 2022.

Entre sus principales claves, el texto contempla un crecimiento del Producto Bruto Interno (PBI) del 4% para el próximo año. Además, proyecta un dólar $131 y una inflación anual del 33%.

Por otra parte, el texto elaborado por la cartera que comanda Martín Guzmán incluyó un crecimiento del 4% del salario real, un déficit primario del 3,3% y un déficit financiero del 4,9%.

El motor central del proyecto es la recuperación, basándose en la política fiscal expansiva para motorizar la creación de empleo, la producción y las exportaciones. Fuentes del Ministerio de Economía que conduce Martín Guzmán dijeron que el texto tiene como uno de sus fundamentos el de “doble crisis, doble recuperación” y que «hoy estamos transitando esa doble recuperación».

Con respecto a la deuda, uno de los capítulos más altisonantes de la economía argentina, desde hacienda afirmaron que el proyecto «también plantea un escenario de qué pasa si se tuviese que cumplir con los compromisos de deuda que tomó el macrismo».

«Recibimos una crisis macro agravada por deuda insostenible y nos llegó la crisis sanitaria. El año que viene enfrentamos pagos por u$s19.000 millones», explicaron, y añadieron que para cumplir con los comprisos pautados por Macri en crédito Stand By «habría que bajar a 0% la obra pública, a 0 subsidios, bajar gasto en educación y ciencia y tecnología».

Sobre la política expansiva contemplada en el Presupuesto 2022, el gasto aumentará del 2,3% a un 2,4%, incluyendo incrementos en rubros como ciencia y tecnología y educación, así como también en inversión social.

El proyecto contempla un crecimiento del Producto Bruto Interno (PBI) del 4% para el próximo año.

Fuentes de Presidencia confirmaron que parte de la decisión salió del llamado que mantuvieron la vicepresidenta Cristina Fernández de Kirchner con el ministro de Economía, Martín Guzmán, en medio de la crisis por las renuncias en el Gabinete. La exmandataria le negó que haya pedido su cabeza y quedaron en verse cara a cara en los próximos días.

Esta miércoles, durante un acto en el Museo del Bicentenario el presidente Alberto Fernández había confirmado que el Gobierno presentaría el proyecto de Presupuesto 2022 y anticipado que dará «por cierto que el año que viene no se tendrán que cumplir compromisos externos, pero la realidad eso exige seguir adelante una negociación con el Fondo, conseguirla, lograrla».
