 Quiénes tendrán que devolver el bono de $10.000 del IFE

La Anses investiga la posible existencia de beneficiarios que falsificaron sus datos para cobrar el bono extraordinario de $10.000, del Ingreso Familiar de Emergencia (IFE). En ese sentido, el ente público aseguró que tomará acciones legales para recuperar el dinero.

El organismo estableció que suspenderá el pago del beneficio a personas privadas de su libertad y a jóvenes con domicilio igual a de sus padres empleados en blanco. Los menores de 25 años tendrán que firmar una declaración jurada certificando que no viven con su padre o madre.

En el caso de que se distingan falsificaciones, podrán acusarlos de estafa y falsificación de documento público. “La presente reviste carácter de Declaración Jurada sujetando a los infractores a las penalidades previstas en los artículos 172, 292, 293 y 298 del Código Penal para los delitos de estafa y falsificación de documento público“, especifica la DDJJ.

El mismo documento indica que “en los casos que el titular hubiese percibido sumas por haber falseado los datos consignados en la presente declaración, Anses procederá por las vías administrativas y legales al recupero de las sumas cobradas indebidamente“.

Los nuevos requisitos se establecieron con el fin de “fortalecer la llegada de esta prestación excepcional a los sectores más vulnerables“, según informaron.

La directora de Anses, María Fernanda Raverta, explicó que “el ponderado por edad del Ingreso Familiar de Emergencia sabemos que hay una franja etaria que ha tenido mayor cantidad de solicitudes y puntualmente son los chicos de 18 a 24 años y los de 24 a 30“.
