Raúl García: «La buena noticia es que, hasta anoche, el 28% de los tucumanos ya realizó el censo digital»
El Director de la Dirección de Estadística de la Provincia, Raúl García, visitó los estudios del programa Café Prensa transmitido por Mi Radio FM 92.7 mhz y Radios Tucumán FM 88.1 mhz. Charlamos sobre los detalles operativos del Censo a realizarse el próximo miércoles 18 de mayo.
«El censo es importante, la humanidad lo hace desde tiempos inmemorables. Es importante saber cuántos somos, cómo vivimos y poder hacer una descripción de la humanidad. Además radica en que la información nos permita tomar mejores decisiones.» expresó García.
En relación a la posibilidad de un paro de colectivos, el funcionario manifestó que «en principio un paro de colectivo siempre es complicado para los trabajadores esenciales y un censista es un trabajador esencial. Estoy convencido que arreglarán todo para que el miércoles pueda desarrollarse el censo».
También explicó sobre los censistas que para su selección «se priorizó en un 75% el lugar de residencia del censista. En un 25% se priorizó por su zona de trabajo.» Y que en materia seguridad aseveró que «un censo es una operación tan grande que no se puede hacer solo. Habrá un operativo coordinado de la policía provincial y municipal para cuidar la integridad física del censista.»
También detalló que hay 25 mil censistas. y que la entrevista «en promedio en un hogar de 4 personas no dura más de 20 o 25 minutos. Un censista se identifica por su pechera blanca con el logo del INDEC, del censo y una credencial con sus datos de identificación.» También aclaró sobre los datos personales en el Censo que «en la entrevista presencial le pedirán su nombre de pila. Pero en el censo digital, te pide el dni para loguearte.»
García sugirió a aquellas personas que hicieron el Censo digital y no se encontrarán en su domicilio en algún momento, que impriman el comprobante y que agreguen «la cantidad de personas que viven en el domicilio y déjaselo al vecino o al portero. No dejen el comprobante pegado en la puerta.»
En cuanto a la duración del censo, el funcionario sentenció que «los censistas barrerán el territorio entre las 8 y 18hs. La buena noticia es que, hasta anoche, el 28% de los tucumanos ya realizó el censo digital. Nuestros censistas fueron capacitados para realizar la entrevista a un metro y medio desde la vereda. No es necesario que entre en el domicilio.»
Al finalizar explicó sobre la entrega de datos que estas serían tres y que «la primera será sobre cuantos argentinos son. Luego a fin de año y después al año siguiente con todos los gráficos. El domicilio del DNI es irrelevante para el censo, solo importa donde reside.»
