Reclamo al oficialismo
Por la candidatura de un hombre para defensor público de Tucumán.
Vanessa Lucero estaba primera en la terna, pero el Poder Ejecutivo envió el pliego de Mariano Galletta. La abogada presentó un amparo ante la Justicia.
ADePRA envió una nota a la Comisión de Acuerdos.
La oficialista Anabel Fernández Sagasti es presidenta de la Comisión de Acuerdos.
La Asociación Civil de Magistrados y Funcionarios del Ministerio Público de la Defensa de la República Argentina (ADePRA) le envió una carta a la titular de la Comisión de Acuerdos, Anabel Fernández Sagasti, en la que transmite su “preocupación” por un pliego enviado por el Poder Ejecutivo.
Se trata de la postulación de Mariano Gabriel Galletta para cubrir el cargo de defensor público oficial ante el Tribunal Oral en lo Criminal Federal de Tucumán, cuando el primer lugar en el concurso lo había obtenido Vanessa Lucero, quien ya se presentó ante la Justicia por el caso.
Desde ADePRA instaron a “la aplicación de una perspectiva de género al momento de evaluar la conformación de los órganos públicos”.
Galletta concursó en 2018, pero salió en tercer lugar, en tanto que el segundo puesto se lo había llevado también una mujer, Natalia Castro.
El pliego de Lucero fue enviado al Congreso por la gestión anterior en 2019, pero no llegó a aprobarse. En tanto, en febrero pasado se retiró para su revisión y, ahora, el Gobierno envió uno nuevo con la postulación de Galletta.
En la extensa misiva enviada por ADePRA, se señala que “Argentina ha asumido una obligación internacional que se traduce en un deber de respeto y de garantía, de manera tal que, al organizar todo el aparato gubernamental y, en general, todas las estructuras a través de las cuales se manifiesta el ejercicio del poder público, se asegure jurídicamente el libre y pleno ejercicio de los derechos humanos y la no discriminación a la mujer”.
“La decisión política del presidente de la Nación, al elegir enviar el pliego de un varón -tercero en el orden de mérito- generó como consecuencia seguramente no prevista, eludir la perspectiva de género, garantizando el cupo femenino, ya que deja a la Defensoría Pública Oficial Federal de Tucumán sin representación femenina entre sus magistrados”, se enfatizó.
En ese sentido, se aseguró que de ser designado Galletta, “las Defensorías Públicas Oficiales Federales en la provincia de Tucumán estarían cubiertas sólo por hombres”.
“Solicitamos a la señora senadora que se evalúe el presente caso desde la perspectiva señalada”, pidieron a la oficialista Fernández Sagasti.
Por su parte, Lucero presentó un amparo en la Justicia Federal tucumana, en el que consideró lo actuado por el presidente como “arbitrario y contrario a los parámetros internacionales en materia de igualdad de género en el acceso a los cargos públicos”.
El caso se suma a otra polémica con un funcionario de Tucumán. Se trata del juez federal Raúl Daniel Bejas, cercano al gobernador Juan Manzur, quien fue propuesto para cubrir la vacante en la Cámara Nacional Electoral, cuando el mejor puntaje lo había alcanzado una mujer, Alejandra Lázzaro. En su visita de esta semana al Senado, el jefe de Gabinete, Santiago Cafiero, defendió esa candidatura.
