Repudió el allanamiento a la quinta de Mauricio Macri

Los dirigentes de la oposición se manifestaron a través de las redes sociales. Lo consideraron un ataque político. La Justicia investiga si el ex presidente rompió la cuarentena obligatoria, luego de regresar de Europa, al recibir a tres intendentes de su partido.

El juez de Tres de Febrero Juan Manuel Culotta ordenó hoy un procedimiento en la quinta “Los Abrojos” del ex presidente Mauricio Macri, en el marco de una denuncia por violación de la cuarentena. El objetivo fue reclamar las cámaras de seguridad del domicilio por la presunta violación de la cuarentena tras un viaje al exterior por parte del ex mandatario nacional.

El procedimiento fue reclamado al juez por el fiscal de Tres de Febrero Jorge Sica. Se investiga si Macri rompió la cuarentena obligatoria de 14 días que debe cumplir una persona que ingresa al país proveniente del exterior, al regresar de su viaje a Francia y Suiza.

El motivo de la denuncia tiene que ver con la reunión que el líder del PRO mantuvo la semana pasada con los intendentes Martín Yeza, Pinamar; Ezequiel Galli, de Olavarría; y Francisco Ratto, de San Antonio de Areco. El encuentro fue el pasado 11 de septiembre y se desarrolló antes de que el ex presidente cumpliera las dos semanas del aislamiento obligatorio que establece el decreto firmado por el Ejecutivo en el marco de la pandemia.

En ese contexto, los dirigentes de la oposición salieron a cuestionar el allanamiento por las redes sociales. Una de las primeras en hacerlo fue la presidenta del PRO, Patricia Bullrich. “A Cristina la mueve el odio y el Presidente ejecuta su orden. Si no, que expliquen cómo un juez manda a allanar la casa de Mauricio Macri por una cuarentena, cuando el propio Gobierno la niega por cadena nacional. Usen la energía para resolver problemas, no para sembrar odio”, afirmó.

Otro de los que se manifestaron fue el ex vicepresidente y actual senador nacional Julio Cobos. “Excesivo e improcedente. Acaban de allanar la casa ubicada en la finca del ex presidente Macri por un supuesto incumplimiento de la cuarentena. ¡¿No será como mucho?! ¡Todo un mensaje!”, expresó.

“Esto es gravísimo! Es un claro intento de amedrentamiento a Mauricio Macri. Investigar una presunta violación de una cuarentena agotada, que no cumple gran parte de la población, es injustificable y repudiable. Es un claro ataque político y persecución al ex Presidente”, sostuvo el diputado bonaerense Daniel Lipovetzky. Otra voz fue la de Laura Alonso, quien señaló: “Allanen la quinta de Olivos. Ahí están violando la constitución, la cuarentena y todo. Mi solidaridad con Mauricio Macri y su familia”.

El presidente del bloque PRO en la Cámara de Diputados, Cristian Ritondo, subió un mensaje a sus redes sociales: “Allanamientos para unos, risas para otros. Lamentablemente la oposición no cuenta con los privilegios de Alberto Fernández, que admite violar la cuarentena y no tiene consecuencias”. El diputado nacional Waldo Wolff también se expresó en esa línea. “El presidente Alberto Fernández dijo que no hay cuarentena pero allanan el domicilio del ex presidente Mauricio Macri por violación de cuarentena. No solo denota una republiquetización del país sino además un ejecutivo autoritario, absurdo y sin rumbo. Mi más enérgico repudio”, afirmó.

“La cuarentena inexistente como excusa para el rencor y la revancha”, expresó el senador nacional Esteban Bullrich, al tiempo que el diputado radical Mario Negri apuntó contra el Frente de Todos. “El municipio de Malvinas Argentinas gobernado por el FdT pidió que investiguen si Macri violó la cuarentena por reunirse con tres intendentes opositores. ¿La Justicia investigará la reunión de Alberto Fernández con Moyano o solo se persiguen las reuniones de la oposición?”, se preguntó.

Muchos de los dirigentes hicieron alusión a la reunión que tuvo el presidente Alberto Fernández con Hugo Moyano y su familia, donde se sacaron una foto en la que no utilizaron barbijo ni respetaron la distancia social. La imagen generó un fuerte cuestionamiento de la oposición porque resulta ser una contradicción de lo que el Presidente pregona.

El legislador Fernando Iglesias también se sumó al repudio. “El Ministerio de la Venganza y la Impunidad es lo único que funciona en este gobierno. El allanamiento a la residencia de Mauricio Macri es otro paso hacia la venezuelización del país. Van cinco meses de cuarentena en los que el Presidente y los suyos han violado todas las reglas”, señaló.

Paula Oliveto dijo que “querer usar a la justicia para saber con quién se reúne Macri es proporcional a la debilidad del gobierno de Alberto Fernández” y agregó: “Nadie va a detener nuestra marcha”. La legisladora bonaerense Carolina Píparo escribió: “Hay víctimas esperando condena de delincuentes, hay terrenos tomados que esperan resolución pero ‘la justicia’ se dedica a investigar a Mauricio Macri por una cuarentena en la que no cree ni respeta el propio Presidente! Sean serios y vean a dónde nos están arrastrando”.

El ex secretario presidencial Fernando de Andreis escribió en su cuenta de Twitter que “el allanamiento a la casa de Mauricio Macri es preocupante y excesivo, pero el hecho es mucho más grave todavía si se lo entiende como lo que en realidad es: una muestra clara del avasallamiento que viene llevando adelante el kirchnerismo sobre la justicia”.

Silvana Giudici fue otra de las que nombraron la reunión con Moyano. “Hoy, el día del golpe a la justicia, y a los jueces que investigan causas de corrupción, allanan el domicilio de Mauricio Macri por supuestamente romper una cuarentena que el actual Presidente declaró inexistente. A 25 días de almorzar durante 6 hs. con Moyano en Olivos. #Cinismo”, escribió.
