Rodríguez Larreta acusó a Alberto Fernández de “despreciar la democracia”
El jefe de Gobierno porteño redobló las críticas contra el Gobierno por el ataque oficialista contra los jueces del máximo tribunal. “Quieren anular un poder del Estado”, afirmó.
El jefe de gobierno porteño, Horacio Rodríguez Larreta, endureció su discurso contra el Gobierno y acusó al presidente, Alberto Fernández, de “despreciar la Democracia y atentar contra la Constitución” con la avanzada oficialista contra la Corte Suprema.
En un largo hilo de tuits, Rodríguez Larreta cuestionó “el intento del gobierno nacional de avanzar con un juicio político contra todos los miembros de la Corte Suprema pasa todos los límites. Quieren anular un poder del Estado, despreciando la Democracia y atentando contra la Constitución Nacional”.
“Es una violación a la Constitución pretender remover a los jueces por el contenido de sus sentencias. Así como en un partido de fútbol no podemos sacar al árbitro de la cancha si nos cobra un penal en contra, en una República tampoco se puede remover a los jueces porque no nos gustan sus fallos”, afirmó el mandatario porteño.
La Ciudad mantiene un fuerte enfrentamiento con el Gobierno nacional luego de que le quitara parte de los fondos coparticipables. A fines de diciembre, la Corte dictó una medida cautelar que le devolvió parte de ese dinero al gobierno porteño, pero la Casa Rosada evita cumplir el fallo.
Esa decisión de la Corte y la complicada situación procesal de la vicepresidenta, Cristina Kirchner, que fue condenada, llevó al Gobierno a promover varios pedidos de juicio político que hoy serán tratados en la respectiva Comisión de Diputados.

Lo que quieren es que baje la inflación, conseguir trabajo, vivir sin miedo. Quieren cambiar a este gobierno que no los escucha, que no los mira, que no los entiende y que no se ocupa de sus necesidades”.
