Romero tomó medidas sobre el agente municipal que se viralizó por no usar casco
En los últimas semanas se viralizó en redes sociales una foto de un agente municipal que portaba su uniforme, en una motocicleta. El detalle que fue marcado por los diferentes usuarios, es que dicho agente no llevaba puesto su casco, tal como se marca dentro de la ley nacional de tránsito.
Ante la repercusión de la imagen, el Subsecretario de Tránsito, Enrique Romero dictaminó una resolución para poner a disposición de la Dirección de Recursos Humanos a dicho agente, dependiente de su repartición, a los fines de su reubicación laboral.
La resolución del funcionario se fundamenta en que «el accionar del agente al circular en una motocicleta sin casco, infringiendo una norma de tránsito, se agrava por el hecho de ser funcionario público encargado de controlar el cumplimiento de la normativa vigente en la materia competente a la dependencia. » Y agrega que » el Estatuto para el personal Municipal marca como deber del empleado observar en el servicio y fuera de este, una conducta decorosa y digna de la consideración y la confianza que su estado oficial exige.»
