San Miguel de Tucumán tendrá un nuevo sistema de estacionamiento pago
En búsqueda de alternativas que permitan reordenar el tránsito dentro de las cuatro avenidas, el municipio de San Miguel de Tucumán avanza en la implementación de un sistema de estacionamiento pago.
Según informó el secretario de Gobierno municipal, Rodolfo Ocaranza, el sistema será puesto en vigencia dentro de 90 días, y que se prevé una primera etapa para generar conciencia entre los conductores, “no habrá una tarea de persecución del vecino, sino de educación. En este plazo e tratara de ordenar el flujo vehicular” explicó.
Ocaranza confía que el caos de tránsito “irá cambiando con la aplicación de nuevas tecnologías y la incorporación de nuevas unidades de control”.
El funcionario detalló que el nuevo sistema de cobro se realizará mediante una aplicación para celular, que funcionará junto a una billetera electrónica para pagar o reservar estacionamiento. También se podrá hacer de manera digital a través de un sitio web. Quienes no tengan cuenta de homebanking dispondrán de tarjetas para comprar en kioscos.
El sistema de estacionamiento pago estará concesionado por una Unión Transitoria de Empresas radicada en Rosario y la tarifa se actualizará en base al precio del litro de combustible.
El anuncio sobre la puesta en vigencia de esta nueva iniciativa generó incertidumbre y malestar en muchos de los trabajadores informales que obtienen sus ingresos diarios, cobrando el estacionamiento en las calles capitalinas.
