Se puso en marcha el Programa «Vecinos en Alerta» en Concepción
Se trata de un sistema de alarmas comunitarias impulsado por el legislador Raúl Albarracín en un esfuerzo conjunto con los concejales Gabriel Jiménez y Juan José Vargas, se lanzó el jueves en Barrio Parque.
Se apunta a que «Vecinos en Alerta» se convierta en una valiosa herramienta en el combate contra delincuencia.
El programa nace a raíz de un anhelo planteado por familias que decidieron movilizarse por la creciente ola delictiva y los hechos de inseguridad registrados en la zona durante una reunión que mantuvieron con Albarracín y los ediles Jiménez y Vargas semanas atrás
Este sistema es una novedad en el sur tucumano, cada grupo familiar contará con un control remoto que podrá ser activado fácilmente ante situaciones sospechosas o de peligro accionando sirenas ubicadas en el exterior. «En esta primera etapa, 50 familias que residen en sectores de los Barrios Zavalia, Parque y Jardín, en la zona comprendida entre calles Corrientes, Entre Rios y Pje. Ricardo Rojas, fueron incluidas en el programa y van a contar con un control, que será un recurso preventivo ante la ola delictual que se está sufriendo en la zona», manifestó Albarracín quien donó los equipos de sirenas, la instalación de los mismos y los controles. No obstante esto, más familias se podrán sumar al sistema adquiriendo su control.
«Desde hace meses se han intensificado los hechos delictivos en la provincia, en el municipio, en los barrios y no podemos seguir permitiendo que los vecinos vivan con miedo» enfatizó el parlamentario.
«La inseguridad va en aumento, ya no solo se atenta contra los bienes, también se pone en peligro la vida de la gente, es por ello que con ‘Vecinos en Alerta’ buscamos hacer un aporte a la seguridad de las familias y brindar una solución conjunta y efectiva a esta problemática. Si hay una situación donde algún vecino sufre un hecho de inseguridad podrán activar la alarma y así alertar a todo el barrio, también si hay algún sospechoso, el alerta sonora que emitirá el equipo hará que todos puedan actuar y así mostrar una mayor y evidente solidaridad entre todos. Esperamos evaluar los resultados de este sistema de alarmas que goza de buena fama en muchas provincias, para luego seguir avanzando y replicarlo en otros barrios de la ciudad», aclaró Albarracín.
Sobre este avance, Berta, residente del barrio expresó: «la verdad que esto nos deja más tranquilos, el hecho de saber que un vecino te puede ayudar y que podemos contar con un disuasivo con esta alarma nos devuelve la fe, la confianza, estabamos muy procupados, esperamos que disminuyan los delitos».
El concejal Gabriel Jimenez destacó el compromiso asumido hace veinte días: «buscamos dar cumplimiento a corto plazo de lo prometido, son medidas que estamos tomando para ayudar a nuestros vecinos».
«Esta acción ojalá motive al departamento ejecutivo municipal y contagie a nuestros pares en el concejo deliberante para que entre todos podamos ayudar a brindar más seguridad a los vecinos», resaltó el edil Juan José Vargas.
En términos económicos, este programa de seguridad vecinal, también resulta una alternativa rentable, ya que si bien los complejos sistemas de monitoreo permiten identificar con mayor certeza a los maleantes también suponen un costo extra. El sistema de alarmas comunitarias promueve la cooperación y el cuidado conjunto entre los habitantes de la zona de influencia.
