En la próxima sesión de la Legislatura se votará el informe de Lichtmajer.
Por mayoría, los legisladores resolvieron que tanto la versión taquigráfica como la documentación que aportó el ministro pasen a la comisión de Asuntos Constitucionales, para que revisarlas en detalle.Después de más de 11 horas de sesión, durante la cual se interpeló la gestión del ministro de Educación de la provincia, Juan Pablo Lichtmajer, los legisladores dilataron para la próxima sesión la votación que determinará si aprueban o rechazan el informe que el funcionario del gabinete de Juan Manzur, brindó en el recinto.
Así se resolvió por mayoría, con la oposición de los integrantes del bloque manzurista de la Cámara, «Lealtad Peronista», que se inclinaban por aprobar la exposición de Lichtmajer.
Durante las seis primeras horas, el ministro respondió las 43 preguntas que previamente le habían hecho llegar los parlamentarios. Durante las otras cinco contestó la mayoría de las cuestiones que los legisladores le plantearon en vivo.
En general, la interpelación se realizó en términos respetuosos, con excepción de un episodio que se dio cuando restaba alrededor de una hora para el cierre. El legislador jaldista Javier Morof estaba señalando presuntas anomalías en las designaciones de miembros del gabinete de Lichtmajer. En concreto, mencionaba casos que se enmarcarían en incompatibilidades, o en situaciones que violan la legislación vigente.
Durante la formulación de la pregunta, el legislador manzurista Sergio Mansilla -presidente del bloque Lealtad Peronista- lo interrumpió con vehemencia: saltó de su banca y comenzó a gritarle a Morof. El jaldista le respondió con ironías, lo que encendió aun más al ex senador que, siempre de pie, señalaba con el dedo a Morof, mientras le gritaba más fuerte.
En diversos momentos, el vicegobernador, Osvaldo Jaldo, les reclamó a ambos -en particular, a Mansilla- que cesen con los improperios.
Luego del episodio volvió la calma al recinto, y algunos legisladores continuaron con sus preguntas, algunas de las cuales Lichtmajer respondía, mientras que otras pedía que ingresen por Secretaría Parlamentaria, o ya señalaba como contestadas previamente.
Al momento de su turno de la palabra, Mansilla bajó los decibeles. «Quiero agredecerle al ministro que haya mantenido la tranquilidad después de más de 10 horas de exposición, cosa que algunos legisladores no pudimos hacer. La posición de nuestro bloque, luego de haber escuchado, es que se le apruebe el informe», dijo.
El jaldista Roque Tobías Álvarez cerró la lista de oradores. En su discurso se permitió reprochar la actitud de Mansilla. «La jornada de hoy es de claroscuro; hay cosas que nos dejan contentos, como la presencia (del ministro) y los datos; y otras cosas no nos parecen. Soy un hombre de diálogo y no me parece que al que piense distinto haya que gritarle», dijo.
Seguidamente se refirió a la interna del oficialismo, sobre la cual dejó un guiño. «Si Jorge Luis Borges estuviese vivo diría que nos estamos reproduciendo. Y yo espero eso, que nos estemos reproduciendo y que volvamos a preñar (sic) las urnas de peronismo», dijo Álvarez.
Quien dijo «los peronistas somos como los gatos. Cuando parece que nos estamos peleando, en verdad nos estamos reproduciendo» fue Juan Domingo Perón.
El taficeño mocionó que tanto la versión taquigráfica de la interpelación como la documentación que aportó Lichtmajer pasen a la comisión de Asuntos Constitucionales, para que los legisladores puedan revisarla en detalle, y que el informe que brindó el ministro ocupe en el primer punto del orden del día de la próxima sesión.
