Senado debatirá este miércoles la postergación de las PASO y al día siguiente recibirá a Cafiero
Se confirmó la agenda. La Cámara alta convocó a sesionar este miércoles mientras que el jueves el jefe de Gabinete realizará su informe de gestión. En la sesión se tratarán varios temas claves para el oficialismo.
Tras una semana corta, marcada por dos feriados y las restricciones estrictas por la segunda ola de coronavirus, el pleno del Senado se reunirá esta semana de forma mixta – presencial y virtual- en dos ocasiones.
En la agenda del miércoles 2, aparece la sesión de la Cámara de Senadores que tiene como horario estimado de inicio a las 14, con un tema central que será la postergación de las elecciones legislativas de este año por la situación sanitaria producto de la pandemia de coronavirus.
La iniciativa, que tuvo dictamen de comisión tras la visita del ministro del Interior, Eduardo “Wado” de Pedro, y que goza del acuerdo de todos los espacios políticos, establece que las PASO se celebren el 12 de septiembre y los comicios generales el 14 de noviembre, con motivo de la pandemia.
El proyecto fue aprobado por amplia mayoría en la Cámara de Diputados, con lo cual una vez votado en el Senado se convertirá en ley.
Luego será el turno de 2 temas importantes para el oficialismo, pero que no cuentan con el aval de la oposición y generan mucha polémica: DNU 287/21 que prevé extender las medidas sanitarias aplicables a las zonas de alto riesgo y de alarma epidemiológica hasta el 11 de junio.
Este mismo DNU también contiene el texto de las medidas más restrictivas que se aplicaron durante 9 días hasta el pasado domingo 30.
Otro de los temas incluidos es la modificación del impuesto a las Ganancias para empresas, rechazado por Juntos por el Cambio, pero que el oficialismo -con mayoría en el recinto- se apresta a sancionar sin mayores obstáculos.
Esta modificación en las alícuotas del impuesto a las Ganancias para empresas ya cuenta con media sanción de Diputados.
En tanto, para el jueves 3 está previsto que el jefe de Gabinete, Santiago Cafiero, brinde su primer informe del año en el Congreso, empezando así por la Cámara alta, que preside Cristina Kirchner.
