Senadores de JxC quieren investigar las denuncias que motivaron el despido de Kulfas
A través de un comunicado, el interbloque opositor de la Cámara alta anticipó que pedirá informes sobre la polémica salida del ministro de Desarrollo Productivo.
El interbloque de Juntos por el Cambio en el Senado de la Nación presentará un proyecto de Comunicación donde exige al Poder Ejecutivo precisiones respecto a las denuncias que originaron el despido del ahora exministro de Desarrollo Productivo, Matías Kulfas.
En dicha solicitud, los senadores requerirán precisiones vinculadas a la licitación que dio origen al mensaje “en off” publicado en los medios de comunicación y difundido por la vicepresidenta de la Nación respecto a presuntas cuestiones vinculadas a hechos de corrupción.
En ese orden, los representantes de Juntos por el Cambio preguntarán si se ha iniciado algún o algunos procesos administrativos y/o penales vinculados a la comisión de posibles delitos y/o incumplimiento de deberes de funcionario público y si el presidente Alberto Fernández tiene decidido impulsar alguna investigación vinculada a potenciales hechos de corrupción en el marco del proceso licitatorio mencionado.
Asimismo, pidieron saber cuál fue el procedimiento de formulación de pliego licitatorio para el gasoducto denominado “Néstor Kirchner” y cuáles fueron los fundamentos técnicos determinantes respecto a la definición de la necesidad de utilizar chapa de 33mm de espesor en el marco de la licitación mencionada.
Por otra parte solicitarán saber si al momento de conformación del mencionado pliego se tomó en cuenta que la especificación técnica podría tener como implicancia directa una menor cantidad de oferentes y por ende un desmedro directo al principio de concurrencia que conforme la normativa aplicable debe regir cualquier procedimiento licitatorio.
