Sergio «el Kun» Agüero demandó a una sandwichería de Tucumán
Uno de los locales de comidas rápidas más famosos de la localidad norteña de San Miguel recibió una denuncia por parte del futbolista. ¿Era necesario? Si bien no bajaron sus ventas, el dueño aseguró sentir impotencia por la demanda.
Pese a estar radicado en Inglaterra donde usa la 10 del Manchester City, Sergio «el Kun» Agüero siempre tiene un pie en Argentina. Ya sea para visitar a su familia y a su pareja, Karina «La Princesita», o para jugar con la Selección Nacional. Pero en estos días se reveló otro motivo que no es justamente el más feliz.
El delantero le inició una demanda legal a una sandwichería de San Miguel de Tucumán que llevaba su mismo nombre: «El Kun». Si bien cuenta con pocos seguidores en las redes sociales, este local de comidas rápidas es famoso en la localidad norteña por estar en una zona céntrica, en la esquina de Sarmiento y Suipacha desde el año 2009.
La carátula de la causa, según dio a conocer La Capital, era: «AGUERO SERGIO LEONEL Y AGUERO ADRIANA VS JUAREZ OSCAR ARMANDO s/cese de uso no autorizado de Marca Expte. 1966/13 Juzgado Civil y Comercial 1ra Nom. Tucuman».

“El Kun” Agüero vs. una sandwicheríaPero ya es pasado, porque, mediante un comunicado publicado el 22 de agosto en la cuenta de Facebook del local, Oscar Juárez, su dueño, explicó que «no estando en mi ánimo involucrarme en cuestiones judiciales, he decidido cambiar esa denominación».
En diálogo con C5N, Juárez comentó que «la sanguchería ya estaba abierta antes de que ‘El Kun’ haga las inscripciones en el insituto de registro de marca» y agregó que es fuente de trabajo de ocho familias. Pero ese cambio de nombre parece ser una provocación o una graciosa forma de tomarse el asunto; también una posible respuesta al futbolista, porque pasó a llamarse «A mi nooo».
