Servini avaló que se investiguen las llamadas de Macri, por una denuncia de C5N
La jueza rebatió los argumentos de la defensa del ex presidente y habilitó que se haga un cruce de llamadas entre Macri, «Pepín» Simón y José Torello.
María Servini, jueza federal rechazó hoy un pedido de nulidad presentado por la defensa de Mauricio Macri y ratificó así el pedido de entrecruzamiento de llamados entre teléfonos del ex presidente y otros investigados en una causa por supuestas maniobras ilegales contra el grupo Indalo, propietario del canal C5N.
Servini también rechazó pedidos de Fabián “Pepín” Rodríguez Simón, Mario Quintana y José Torello, parte de los involucrados en el expediente. Con esta decisión de Servini, la está en condiciones de comenzar con el análisis del entrecruzamiento de llamados.
De Sousa acusó a Macri y funcionarios de su gestión por los delitos de asociación ilícita y administración fraudulenta. En el marco de ese expediente declaró como testigo Cristóbal López, socio de De Sousa, que avaló los dichos de De Sousa y se refirió a charlas que había tenido con el ex presidente.
En su escrito, de 28 páginas, al que tuvo acceso el diario Perfil, Servini consideró que el entrecruzamiento «cumple con todos los requisitos necesarios para su dictado; el conocimiento de todo el universo de llamados resulta necesario a efectos de poder determinar si eventualmente hubo variaciones en los flujos de comunicaciones en las cercanía a los hitos individualizados».
