Javier Noguera, intendente de Tafí Viejo, visitó el programa de Café Prensa, para hablar sobre la gestión de la pandemia en su municipio, las próximas gestiones y la política provincial

Felizmente está bajando la tasa de contagios y uno puede presuponer que esto se debe a que hay un grupo inmunizado de la población tucumana que está ejerciendo la barrera frente al Covid. Esto nos permitir ver al futuro con optimismo” dijo
Se le consulto por el funcionamiento del municipio en relación al funcionamiento del sector gastronómico, a lo que respondió «Sin duda, el sector comercial, gastronómico, gimnasios, actividades que por la pandemia fueron afectados, estamos asistiéndolos para soportar este momento tan difícil.».
En cuanto a la asistencia de personas que padecen de COVID -19, manifestó «Nosotros transformamos la policlínica de Lomas de Tafí, en un hospital de campaña que asisten a los pacientes que tienen la patología de covid-19 en situación leve o moderada. Brindamos asistencia con 60 camas. Tampoco ha colapsado, no hemos visto que se haya registrado una ocupación mayor al 20%.
Hay que decir que próximamente en la Policlínica construiremos un hospital anexada a la misma, el primer hospital público de Tafí Viejo. La pandemia nos ha dejado muchas enseñanzas y una de ellas es que la hiperconcentración de servicios en la capital, genera conflictos. Uno de esos servicios es el de salud, porque Tafí Viejo aún no dispone de un Hospital público que sirva de barrera para no colapsar el microcentro. Lo mismo estamos haciendo con otros servicios como la educación, donde estamos impulsando la creación de una universidad en la municipalidad de Tafí Viejo, donde pueda ofrecer ofertas de carreras de grado para aquellos estudiantes que terminen la secundaria «.
También se le pregunto por la remodelación de la Avenida Alem y el viejo mercado municipal “Ya están instalados los obradores y el cartel de obra, haciendo los últimos aprestamientos para comenzar esta obra que reconfigurara la ciudad, porque hablamos de su principal paseo público. Y en el medio de esta obra, se incorporarán tres cuadras que tienen como epicentro al Mercado Municipal que tiene por función mejorar los precios y la calidad de los alimentos. “
En cuanto a la política provincia y específicamente en cuanto a la relación entre gobernador Juan Manzur y el vicegobernador Osvaldo Jaldo, manifestó» La población no está esperando que los políticos nos estemos peleando, sino que estemos abocados a la agenda de la gente. En el caso de los intendentes es difícil omitirla, porque es parte de nuestro día a día. Hay problemas no sólo vinculados a la pandemia sino también a sus efectos sociales, a los que tenemos que dar respuesta.
Creo que el vicegobernador cometió un hecho de torpeza y deslealtad hacia el gobernador y hacia el peronismo. Hoy no imagino una conversación entre ambos mandatarios. Hay una sola conducción y esa es la de Juan Manzur. El vicegobernador se debe disciplinar y ponerse bajo la conducción de Juan Manzur.”
