El Ministerio Fiscal informó que la Fiscalía Especializada en Homicidios I, a cargo de Adriana Giannoni, tomó intervención en un mortal suceso registrado en la madrugada de este domingo en inmediaciones de calle Vicente Gallo al 3100.
Franco Sebastián Guevara, de 26 años, murió como consecuencia de un escopetazo que impactó en la zona de la ingle, informaron las fuentes judiciales del caso.
La fiscal dispuso que el ayudante fiscal Ramón Soria supervise las diferentes medidas en la escena. Además, solicitó la intervención del Equipo Científico de Investigaciones Fiscales (ECIF), del MPF, a cargo de Eugenio Agüero Gamboa. Por parte de la Policía actuó la División Homicidios, a cargo del comisario Diego Bernachi.
Los investigadores están llevando adelante diferentes tareas en el lugar de los hechos para esclarecer los detalles de la secuencia que derivó en la muerte de Guevara. Como saldo de las pericias realizadas, fueron hallados dos cartuchos de escopeta.
En tanto, los pesquisas tomaron diferentes testimonios. Las primeras versiones señalan que el crimen se produjo alrededor de las 4:30 horas, presuntamente en el marco de una reunión. Voceros del caso señalaron que el ataque se habría registrado en la vereda.
Según otros testigos, en el lugar se habría registrado una trifulca como consecuencia de una disputa que los protagonistas habrían mantenido tiempo atrás.
Las fuentes agregaron que se están realizando averiguaciones para intentar establecer si otro joven que ingresó con una herida de arma blanca al hospital Padilla tiene algún tipo de conexión con el hecho.
