El 9 de Julio, Fernández estará sólo tres horas en Tucumán
Se definen los detalles de la visita presidencial para celebrar el 205 aniversario de la Declaración de la Independencia. Después de cuatro meses, el gobernador Manzur y el vice Jaldo estarán cara a cara.
La premisa que marcará los actos que se desarrollarán el próximo 9 de julio será la institucionalidad, ese fue el pedido del presidente Alberto Fernández al gobernador Juan Manzur.
Es por ello, que quedaría descartada la posibilidad de que el presidente asista a un almuerzo con dirigentes del PJ, legisladores y funcionarios afines al manzurismo en el Hipódromo, como se había previsto en los últimos días. Al respecto, el gobernador Manzur dijo, “Lo político puede esperar un tiempo más; vamos a concentrarnos exclusivamente en conmemorar esta fecha patria”.
Al margen de la celebración y los homenajes patrios, crece la expectativa por lo que será el encuentro entre el gobernador y su vice Osvaldo Jaldo, quienes desde hace exactamente cuatro meses rompieron su relación institucional y se enfrentan en una dura interna dentro del Partido Justicialista. En el ámbito político se especula que este encuentro de paso a una tregua y sea el primer indicio en busca de la unidad con miras a las próximas elecciones legislativas nacionales.
LA AGENDA PRESIDENCIAL
Se prevé que el presidente Alberto Fernández arribe a la provincia entre las 11.30 y 12 del 9 julio. Desde el aeropuerto Benjamín Matienzo se trasladará con una reducida comitiva de funcionarios nacionales hasta Casa Histórica.
En el museo nacional habrá un celoso operativo de seguridad, estará prácticamente blindado, y sólo se permitirá el ingreso de una docena de funcionarios, en su mayoría serán del gabinete nacional y los presidentes de los poderes institucionales de la provincia. Luego se desarrollarán dos actos centrales en donde el protocolo sanitario será muy estricto. Uno de ellos se desarrollará en la sala de jura de la Independencia, allí estarán sólo el presidente y el gobernador, se rendirá homenaje a los próceres de 1816, habrá entrega de una ofrenda floral y firmarán el libro de visitantes ilustres. Posteriormente, en el tercer patio de la Casa Histórica se izará la bandera y se entonará el himno nacional. Finalmente, los actos concluirán con los discursos de Juan Manzur y Alberto Fernández.
La última actividad que desarrollará el presidente en Tucumán será una visita a la remodelada Plaza Independencia, hasta allí se dirigirá caminando desde Casa Histórica acompañado por el gobernador. En el principal paseo público de la provincia lo esperará el intendente Germán Alfaro y juntos descubrirán una placa recordatoria.
Luego, aproximadamente a las 14.30, la comitiva nacional emprenderá su partida hacia el aeropuerto para abordar el avión que la regresará a Buenos Aires.
Probable cronograma de actividades
– 9.30: Tedeum en Iglesia Catedral.
– 12.00: Acto homenaje a los Próceres de 1816 en Casa Histórica.
– 12.30: Descubrirán placa recordatoria por las obras de remodelación en Plaza Independencia.
– 14.30: Regreso a Buenos Aires.
