Trabajadoras denunciaron que son «obligadas a hacer campaña» para Vidal y Santilli
A través de la organización Defensoría de Laburantes, las empleadas del call center GIV S.R.L señalaron que debían llamar «a las personas de un listado y proponerles tomar un café con alguno de los candidatos», con datos provistos por organismos estatales porteños mediante la línea 147.
La organización Defensoría de Laburantes denunció este martes que el Gobierno porteño hace «uso de datos personales en forma indebida y contrata trabajadoras de forma «precaria» para la campaña electoral de cara a las PASO.
Según informó la organización a través de un comunicado, trabajadoras de un call center denunciaron que son «obligadas a hacer campaña electoral para María Eugenia Vidal y Diego Santilli» usando datos provistos por la Línea 147 del Gobierno de la Ciudad de Buenos Aires.
«Precarizan de forma sistemática a trabajadoras jóvenes sin otra salida laboral, que son obligadas a trabajar sin registración alguna, 12 horas por día por un salario de pobreza. Son hostigadas, presionadas a trabajar sin descanso y obligadas a mentir para alcanzar objetivos políticos», dijo Tamara Rossi, abogada de la Defensoría de Laburantes.
Se trata de trabajadoras del call center GIV S.R.L., quienes «ya iniciaron reclamos laborales contra los implicados», agregaron en el comunicado.
Según el reclamo, la tarea asignada a las trabajadoras consistía en «llamar a las personas de un listado y proponerles tomar un café con alguno de los candidatos y en ningún momento podían decir de dónde conseguían los datos, sino que todo el tiempo debían fingir ser militantes voluntarias».
De acuerdo a lo informado por la Defensoría de Laburantes, «los datos fueron provistos por organismos estatales mediante la línea 147, a la cual se llama para hacer reclamos por servicios, consultas o para anotarse a la campaña de vacunación».
«En medio de todo esto, los insultos y los maltratos eran constantes y había restricciones hasta para ir al baño, y tampoco se cumplió el protocolo para la prevención del Covid-19, ya que eran más de 70 compañeras sin elementos de higiene apropiados, con poca ventilación y distanciamiento, además de contar un solo baño habilitado», añadieron
