El Consejo de Fútbol de Boca aceleró gestiones por un lateral derecho extranjero.

Con negociaciones cocinándose a fuego lento como las de Edinson Cavani y Lucas Torreira, más la posibilidad latente de que Chiquito Romero sea incorporado si sale alguno de los arqueros titulares de Boca, el Consejo de Fútbol se enfoca en este momento en las tratativas por conseguir un lateral derecho. Frente a la baja de Nicolás Capaldo por coronavirus confirmada ayer, Juan Román Riquelme y sus laderos aceleraron las gestiones pensando en el próximo mercado.

Sabido es que al cuerpo técnico no lo terminaron de conformar nunca los niveles de Julio Buffarini y Leonardo Jara, al punto tal que Miguel Ángel Russo optó por improvisar en ese sector a un mediocampista todoterreno como Capaldo. En los últimos compromisos implementó una línea de 5 con el juvenil como carrilero derecho, tres centrales y Frank Fabra por el izquierdo. Ahora, es una incógnita si mantendrá el dibujo o volverá a los 4 en el fondo.

En paralelo, el CDF trabaja en la resolución de un problema sin fin para Russo: un marcador de punta derecho de jerarquía. Después de que se frustrara la incorporación del colombiano Felipe Román de Millonarios de Colombia a última hora del mercado pasado (no superó los exámenes médicos), esa es la materia pendiente que existe en Boca y lo que buscarán resolver en las próximas semanas para tener una nueva figura en ese lugar.

Según pudo averiguar Infobae, el Patrón Bermúdez, Raúl Cascini y el Chelo Delgado (laderos de Riquelme) mantiene conversaciones con un número 4 extranjero. ¿Nombres? Ya sea que avancen por el Pitbull, que ya conoce la casa por haber lucido la azul y oro en 2009/2010, o por el incaico, que tuvo un paso por el fútbol argentino con la camiseta de Newell’s, las tratativas no serán sencillas para el Consejo. El Bologna italiano se hizo eco del interés de Boca y la relación de amistad que el chileno tiene con Riquelme, por eso advirtieron que posee vínculo vigente con la institución (hasta 2023) y forma parte del proyecto deportivo del club. Advíncula milita en el Rayo Vallecano español (segunda división), que lucha por regresar a la máxima categoría. Es una de las figuras de su equipo y habitual convocado por Ricardo Gareca en su seleccionado nacional. Con contrato hasta el año que viene, el Xeneize tendría que desembolsar un monto importante para sacarlo de Europa.

¿Habrá lugar para algún tapado? Los responsables del departamento de fútbol de Boca siempre están abiertos a nuevas posibilidades que cumplan los requisitos básicos de contratación: tener nivel de selección y estar decidido a ponerse la insignia xeneize.

La dirigencia de Boca informó hace meses que Julio Buffarini no continuará en la institución una vez que se venza su contrato en junio. El cordobés está en carpeta de Talleres de Córdoba y seguramente diga adiós en tres meses, ya que no existieron nuevos contactos como se había rumoreado. Otros dos futbolistas que tendrán que definir su continuidad son Leonardo Jara y Emmanuel Mas. Ambos se jugarán el futuro en lo que resta de semestre: en el mes de junio con la Copa de la Liga y fase de grupos de la Libertadores finalizada, el Consejo de Fútbol determinará si extiende o no sus vínculos.

Al mismo tiempo, Russo contará con la potestad de solicitar el retorno de Marcelo Weigandt, quien está a préstamo en Gimnasia La Plata y es una de las figuras del Lobo en este campeonato. La cesión del Chelo en el Tripero es hasta fines de diciembre pero Boca tiene a favor una cláusula de rescisión para que vuelva en junio.
