Un Policía Federal mató a dos sujetos en la ciudad de Concepción

Durante la madrugada de este domingo en la ciudad de Concepción, en un confuso episodio, un Policía Federal quien se encontraba de vacaciones en el sur de la provincia, mató a dos sujetos que habrían intentado asaltarlo.  Un policía federal que se encontraba con su novia en un auto esta madrugada sufrió un intento de asalto por dos delincuentes

.

El policía se resistió y los dos ladrones resultaron muertos.
El Ministerio Fiscal informó que en la mañana de este domingo 14 de junio, personal del Equipo Científico de Investigaciones Fiscales (ECIF) realiza desde primera hora, por disposición  Unidad Fiscal de Delitos Graves contra la Integridad Física del Centro Judicial Concepción, a cargo de Miguel Varela, el abordaje de la escena de un sangriento suceso registrado esta madrugada en «La Perla del Sur», donde dos sujetos fueron ultimados a tiros en un presunto intento de robo a un efectivo de la Policía Federal.
De acuerdo a las fuentes judiciales, el hecho se registró cerca de las 3:30 horas en inmediaciones de una cancha de fútbol aledañas a la ruta 65, entre los barrios Médico y Aconquija, donde el efectivo Mauro Elías Díaz se encontraba junto a su novia a bordo de una auto VW Gol rojo. 

En ese contexto, fueron abordados en ocasión de robo por estos sujetos, que finalmente pierden la vida por disparos de arma de fuego, que habrían salido del arma reglamentaria de Díaz. Uno de los cuerpos quedó sujeto a la ventanilla del vehículo y el otro cayó en la vegetación. No se descarta la participación de un tercer cómplice, que puso escapar.
El ECIF realizará diferentes tareas en el lugar, para lo que se dispuso la intervención de sus divisiones Química Legal, Criminalística y Documentación. En la escena se efectuará un relevamiento del lugar para intentar establecer la mecánica de cómo sucedieron los hechos. También se desarrollaron las primeras pericias al vehículo del policía.
 
Las tareas fueron coordinadas por el auxiliar fiscal Sebastián Mardiza.
También se efectuaron tomas de muestras de laboratorio a las personas fallecidas para diferentes estudios. Los mismos no habían sido identificados por el momento.
«Por el momento la pareja se encuentra en una situación de aprehensión, hasta que se lleven a cabo todas las diligencias del caso. En la jornada irán llegando los informes del ECIF y a partir del valor científico de los mismos definiremos la situación», explicó el fiscal Varela.
