Una mujer denunció que Ricardo Bussi
Lo acusa de abuso sexual y que el Partido Fuerza Republicana abrió una cuenta bancaria a su nombre sin su consentimiento.
Ricardo Bussi, legislador provincial de Fuerza Republicana y quien este año salió repetidamente en los medios por oponerse a la Ley Micaela que postula la capacitación con perspectiva de género a funcionarios de todo el país, fue denunciado por abuso sexual.
La mujer, de 26 años, hizo la denuncia el viernes pasado y la ratificó el lunes en la Fiscalía Especializada en Delitos contra la Integridad Sexual. Lo que dijo ante la fiscalía de María del Carmen Reuter es que en los primeros días de mayo Bussi abusó sexualmente de ella en el despacho que él tiene en la Legislatura.
Junto a su familia -su madre jubilada y sus dos pequeñas hijas- la mujer vive en un barrio muy humilde de la periferia, y a causa de la denuncia recibió amenazas y tuvo que mudarse a otro lugar.
«Ella fue a hacer la denuncia el viernes 5 ante la División de Delitos Contra la Integridad Sexual de la Policía, y el lunes la rarificó ante la Fiscalía. Lo que estamos pidiendo ahora es que se le de intervención a un juez», explica Salvador Iovane, abogado de la denunciante.
Una mujer denunció a Ricardo Bussi por abuso sexual
Según el defensor, la historia con este legislador empieza en 2017. El se contacta con ella a través de Facebook, le dice que quiere conocerla, ir a tomar mate a su casa. Ella le contesta pero no acepta conocerlo. El año pasado la mujer fue víctima de violencia por parte de su pareja, que le quemó los brazos, lo denunció, lo echó. «Pero ella queda tan mal que olvida pagar su monotributo social y Anses le corta el pago de la Asignación que percibía por sus hijas», cuenta Iovane.
«Como no sabía qué hacer, le escribe a Bussi por Facebook para pedirle ayuda. El legislador le dice que vaya a ver gente de su Partido, Fuerza Republicana. Ella va y le dicen que la van a ayudar pero que tiene que afiliarse y le piden todos sus datos. En febrero de este año le avisan que ya está resuelta la situación, que puede cobrar», continúa el abogado.
«Cuando va a cobrar en el banco le avisan que tiene dos cuentas a su nombre. En una había 600 mil pesos. Ella asegura que es un error y pide que la cierren. Va a hablar con la gente del partido y le dicen que no se preocupe. Al mes siguiente cuando va a cobrar la asignación su cuenta estaba en cero. Va a denunciar al ANSES y le explica que nunca le habían arreglado la situación. Vuelve a quejarse con la gente del partido y la manda a hablar directamente con Bussi», dice Iovane.
«Entonces, dentro de su despacho, es cuando él la amenaza para que deje de hablar de la cuenta bancaria y la fuerza y la abusa sexualmente con violencia. La mujer va a denunciarlo ante el Observatorio de la Mujer, pero como está dentro del hospital Centro de Salud, la oficina estaba cerrada por el coronavirus. Y una mujer del partido empieza a amenazarla para que no lo denuncie», sigue el abogado.
«Desde entonces, todos los días alguien iba hasta su casa y la amenazaba. Una mujer se comunicó con nuestro estudio, nos contó todo y la acompañamos a denunciar y le buscamos otro lugar para que viviera. Tiene una madre jubilada y dos nenas chiquitas. Acá no hay operaciones políticas como dice el legislador. Lo que buscamos es justicia para esta mujer», concluye Iovane.
Y cuenta que a mediados de mayo, personas del partido Fuerza Republicana denunciaron a la mujer ante el comisario Fernando Paz, jefe titular del departamento policial de la Legislatura, por un presunto fraude de ayuda social por la pandemia.
«Desde el Comité de Latinoamérica y el Caribe en Defensa de los Derechos de las Mujeres brindamos nuestra solidaridad a la joven que denunció a Ricardo Bussi, legislador por Fuerza Republicana de la Provincia de Tucumán e hijo del genocida Antonio Domingo Bussi», dice un comunicado de apoyo de Cladem.
«Exigimos que el denunciado presente licencia por inhabilidad moral ante la legislatura. Exigimos al Ministerio Público Fiscal que garantice una investigación con perspectiva de género y un real acceso a justicia para la denunciante y para todas las víctimas que diariamente se animan a denunciar este tipo de violencias. Además de la desigualdad que ya pesa sobre nosotras se suma el lugar de poder que ocupa el denunciado en la relación con la víctima -continúa el texto-. Estas denuncias ponen de manifiesto que no solo necesitamos que los tres poderes del estado se capaciten en materia de género sino también políticas públicas y judiciales que garanticen a las mujeres una vida libre de violencias».
«Desde La Casa de las Mujeres Norma Nassif, repudiamos el abuso sexual y abuso de poder del legislador Ricardo Bussi, ejercido hacia una joven colaboradora de su entorno dentro de su partido», dice otro comunicado de apoyo.
«Hace muy pocas semanas, en el contexto de la votación por la adhesión a la Ley Micaela en Tucumán, el legislador habia afirmado desconocer que ‘una mujer sea asesinada por ser mujer’, dicho que puso en evidencia su pensamiento patriarcal y despreciativo de las vidas de las mujeres víctimas de violencia y que, con gran indignación, las organizaciones feministas rechazamos -continúa-. Exigimos al poder judicial que se exprese con todo el rigor de la ley sobre el delito de abuso sexual, que sea resguardada la integridad de la víctima y que el legislador sea apartado de la Legislatura hasta tanto se manifieste la justicia».
«Desde Ni Una Menos Tucumán queremos expresar nuestro apoyo incondicional a quien fue víctima de abuso sexual por parte del actual legislador Ricardo Bussi. Hacemos responsable a la justicia y al gobierno provincial de su seguridad e integridad, ya que la víctima ha recibido todo tipo de amenazas y acciones intimidatorias», dice un tercer comunicado de apoyo a la mujer.
«El abuso sexual que sufrió la denunciante es parte de un entramado de violencias y acciones de amedrentamiento con las que el legislador, en complicidad con otros dirigentes de su partido, buscaban acallarla. Querían impedir que denunciara su responsabilidad en la malversación de fondos y recursos públicos. Que el abuso haya sucedido en la propia Legislatura, demuestra que Bussi quería marcar su poder y ostentar impunidad frente a la víctima», sigue el texto.
«El legislador ya ha salido a realizar una campaña de desprestigio de la denunciante realizando acusaciones con las que pretende desviar la atención e invertir los términos. A esa estrategia por parte de quienes detentan poder ya la conocemos y la vamos a enfrentar. No desconocemos su vinculación con el gobierno provincial con quien actúa en bloque para las votaciones en la legislatura. Ricardo Bussi ya ha demostrado públicamente su misoginia y profundo menosprecio por la vida de las mujeres, sin dejar de mencionar también su posición de defensa del terrorismo de Estado. Negó los femicidios y está en la primera línea de bloqueo a cualquier avance en los derechos de las mujeres y disidencias. Con este hecho revela hasta dónde es capaz de llegar».
Desde NiUnaMenos Tucumán también exigen «celeridad en la investigación, juicio y castigo a Bussi. Denunciamos el accionar de la justicia quien a 5 días de la denuncia todavía no tomó medidas efectivas de resguardo de la denunciante y todavía no inició la investigación de los hechos denunciados».
