Una mujer murió como consecuencia de un disparo en Villa Angelina
El Ministerio Fiscal investiga cómo se produjeron los hechos, habida cuenta de que la víctima, María Rosa Mansilla, de 46 años, se encontraba con su concubino al momento de producirse el disparo.
El mortal suceso se registró en la noche del domingo en una propiedad ubicada en el pasaje Artaza al 600 de Villa Angelina, en jurisdicción de la comisaría Novena. El Ministerio Fiscal intervino a través de la Fiscalía en Homicidios I, a cargo de Adriana Giannoni.
El hecho de sangre se produjo cerca de las 23:00 horas. Por disposición de la Fiscal, el prosecretario Ramón Soria estuvo a cargo en el lugar del hecho de las diferentes medidas llevadas a cabo en el marco de la investigación.
Paralelamente, se dio intervención al Equipo Científico de Investigaciones Fiscales (ECIF) del Ministerio Fiscal para el abordaje de la escena. Por parte de la Policía actuó personal de la División Homicidios, a cargo del comisario Diego Bernachi.
La víctima fue identificada como María Rosa Mansilla, de 46 años. Su concubino, Gustavo Mario Pereyra, de 50, fue aprehendido a la espera de los resultados periciales del caso.
El hecho
De acuerdo a los primeros testimonios, la pareja almorzó en horas del mediodía y posteriormente estuvo ingiriendo bebidas alcohólicas durante la tarde.
En ese contexto se habría producido una discusión y posteriormente se escuchó una detonación, de acuerdo al testimonio de familiares de Pereyra.
Por su parte, el hombre habría manifestado que fue la mujer quien tomó el arma y se efectuó un disparo que impactó en la zona lateral derecha del cuello.
Pericias.
Para avanzar en el esclarecimiento del hecho, se procedió al secuestro de un revólver marca Bagual,calibre 22, que fue sometido a diferentes pericias por parte de los expertos de la División de Criminalística del ECIF para detectar la presencia de residuos de disparos.
En el mismo sentido, para avanzar en el esclarecimiento con respecto a la mecánica con la que habrían ocurrido los hechos, se llevaron adelante los análisis de rigor sobre la víctima y el aprehendido. Los resultados de esos estudios podrían estar listos en las próximas horas.
