En cada localidad, dentro de las posibilidades, rigen decretos para cada comercio, dentro de esas regulaciones pequeñas están las pompas fúnebres y a nivel nacional hay una especie de regulación de 1975 con FADEDSFYA, muy pobre pero siempre desde la mira del empresario.» dijo
Cuando se le consulto cuanto era el salario básico estimativo de un empleado de una empresa funeraria en la provincia, respondió “Un básico en Tucumán es de 20 mil pesos y otros cobran el básico de comercio. Estudiando cuanto sería el mínimo, vital y móvil, y regularizado, debería ser de 90 mil pesos teniendo en cuenta que es un trabajo catalogado como insalubre. Esto pasa en casi todo el país.»
«Mis reuniones con los gremios fue para ver los convenios que hicieron, si los respetan y si incluyen las cremaciones. Algunos si, otros no., otros la cobertura es mínima. La intención es que el afiliado no termine abonando, y una cremación tiende a variar el precio, por ejemplo, en Santiago del Estero en un lugar costaba 25 mil y en otro 48 mil. “refirió respecto a la calidad del servicio fúnebre
Cuando se le consulto como fue el recibimiento del empresariado tucumano a su visita. “Recibió mi visita muy gratamente, no fui muy flexible, pero si fue flexible para ayudarlos a adaptarse. Tenemos que apoyar al empresario para mantener fuentes de trabajo»
En cuanto quienes se consideraban como empleados funerarios, respondió «El estatuto que fue aprobado por el ministerio de trabajo, abarca las morgues de los hospitales públicos privados, policiales, unidades de traslados, salas velatorias, cementerios.»
Teniendo en cuenta el caso Maradona, se le pregunto si había algún pacto de confidencialidad para tratar al fallecido» Con el tema de la foto, debería existir un código de confidencialidad porque el cuerpo no es un objeto, es un ser humano. No existe en toda la región, lo lamente muchísimo. A esos empleados se les hizo una causa civil, y son tercerizados. Esto generaría un daño y perjuicio sobre la familia, porque el código civil rige sobre una cosa y el juez pone el valor. Y ellos eran unas personas sin trabajo, tercerizados para un traslado.»
Cuando se le pregunto cómo veía a Tucumán luego de la charla con los empleados como los empresarios, respondió «En Tucumán, supero todas mis expectativas y vamos camino a regularizar la actividad porque los diputados coincidieron, en su totalidad, que era un tema urgente»
Cuando se le pregunto cuál era su relación con la Cancillería, respondió «Soy la coordinadora de la comisión de Concejo consultivo de la sociedad civil para la Cancillería Argentina de trata y tráfico. Y nuestro sindicato está alineado a la agenda 2030, por eso es el primer sindicato verde y el primero que contempla la subsecretaria de trata y tráfico. Esto es importante, porque la explotación laboral es impresionante, tenemos el 64% de los empleados en negro a nivel país.”
Respecto a cómo veía la situación en el resto del Norte, respondió «En el resto del norte están desesperados que lleguemos para normalizar la situación del sector. Hay faltantes de empresas en lugares recónditos y otros superpoblados de empresas habilitadas y no habilitadas.»
«Mi propósito y una de las conversaciones que tuvimos es que exista un contralor por convenio con la AFIP y el sindicato y con ello los millones de ciudadano va a merecer servicio digno. No es una regulación solo para el mortuorio sino también para el pueblo.» agregó.
