El líder de La Mosca habló de la canción que fue amuleto.

Guillermo Novellis se refirió a la adaptación de “Muchachos” como aliento de cancha para el equipo liderado por Lionel Messi en el Mundial de Qatar.

Entre los miles de recuerdos imborrables que tendrán los argentinos del Mundial de Fútbol de Qatar 2022, sin dudas uno de ellos serán las estrofas de “Muchachos, ahora nos volvimos a ilusionar”, la adaptación de cancha de “Muchachos, esta noche me emborracho”, uno de los más grandes éxitos del grupo La Mosca. Ese fue el aliento que el equipo de Lionel Messi y Lionel Scaloni recibió durante el mes que duró el torneo, y que incluso ya tiene su adaptación en manos de los propios jugadores una vez que ganaron la tan ansiada Copa del Mundo.

Es por eso que este lunes y con la victoria consumada, Guillermo Novellis, el líder de La Mosca y autor de la letra original, habló con Intrusos (América) sobre este fenómeno y también por el show que el domingo por la tarde el grupo dio en la explanada del CCK, para musicalizar los festejos en el centro porteño. “Fue una fiesta. Creo que fue el show más importante de nuestra vida.

El más lindo, el más emotivo. Fue una jornada histórica y estamos muy agradecidos de haber sido un poco protagonistas de la jornada gloriosa y épica de ayer”, definió el cantante a través de una videollamada en la que se calzó sus distintivos lentes negros con forma de mirada de mosca. “¡Qué temazo te mandaste, Guille! Sos la cábala mundialista”, le dijo Florencia de la V, con una réplica de la Copa en la mano. “La verdad es que estamos muy contentos. La canción es hermosa, pero fue creciendo junto con la Selección, junto con la emoción de toda la gente. La canción ya no nos pertenece”, le devolvió Novellis.

“Creo que nuestra canción ha sido un poco catártica, como para poder cantar y expresar un poco toda la ansiedad que teníamos adentro”, agregó el cantante. Asimismo, aclaró que él no fue quien hizo la letra de la versión de cancha: “Yo simplemente canté con nuestra melodía una canción que hizo Fernando Romero, un chico divino, fanático de la Selección, que puso en menos de tres minutos un montón de argentinidad, de sentimientos comunes, y es una canción que une a Diego, a Leo, a los chicos de Malvinas, a nuestros sueños, nuestras derrotas, nuestras victorias. Es una canción que une a todos los argentinos. Por eso estamos tan felices”.

Acerca de la interpretación de esta letra, que el grupo regrabó y publicó en todos sus canales digitales, Novellis dijo: “Creo que nunca canté tan bien una canción. Me salió con mucho sentimiento. Me ha llamado gente que produce y me dice: ‘Loco, qué bien la interpretaste’. Mi voz no va a mejorar, pero de la interpretación estoy muy orgulloso, de cómo la tocamos, de cómo suena, de cómo fue la mezcla”.

“Nos hemos sentido tan mimados, tan queridos, tan considerados por la gente, por los colegas, por la prensa. Creo que todo el mundo estaba feliz con la canción”, agregó luego.

En cuanto a la obtención del título por parte de la selección argentina y Messi, destacó: “Yo estoy seguro de que el mundo quería que Lio Messi sea campeón del mundo. El mundo está enamorado de ese enano divino”.

“Nosotros que tenemos la bendición de subir a un escenario y comprobar lo que es el público argentino, pregúntenle a los Guns N’Roses, pregúntenle a Coldplay. Nosotros, los argentinos, no nos bancamos ser meros espectadores de un espectáculo. Queremos participar. Es una bendición”, cerró a la hora de definir el fervor de los argentinos.

Con el título consumado y la copa entre las manos, La Scaloneta le cambió la letra a “Muchachos…”. Así se vio en una Instagram Story que publicó el defensor Nicolás Tagliafico desde el avión que trae a la selección hasta la Argentina. “En Argentina nací, tierra de Diego y Lionel, de los pibes de Malvinas que jamás olvidaré. No te lo puedo explicar, porque no vas a entender, la final con Alemania ocho años la lloré. Pero eso se terminó porque este año en Qatar, la final con los franceses la volvió a ganar papá. Muchachos, ahora solo queda festejar. Ya ganamos la tercera, ya somos campeón Mundial. Y al Diego, le decimos que descanse en paz. Con Don Diego y con La Tota, por toda la aternidad”, dice la canción ahora.
