Norberto Oyarbide el exjuez reapareció públicamente y negó haber recibido presiones para sobreseer a Néstor y Cristina Kirchner en la causa por enriquecimiento ilícito.
El exjuez federal contó detalles de su declaración frente al fiscal Carlos Stornelli en la causa que lo investiga por haber cerrado la investigación por enriquecimiento ilícito contra Cristina y Néstor Kirchner y ensayó una particular defensa.
«Yo soy enano, trolo, todo lo que me quieran decir, pero yo traidor no soy y mentiroso menos, digo siempre la verdad«, señaló.
Oyarbide aseguró que Stornelli quería saber si el por entonces juez había recibido indicaciones por parte del patrimonio presidencial para cerrar esa investigación. «En ninguna oportunidad había tenido ocasión de ver, hablar personalmente o por teléfono con Néstor o Cristina Kirchner«, indicó.
Y continuó: «Esa causa terminó con sobreseimiento, con el dictamen de los peritos. Nadie alzó la voz”.
Oyarbide dijo en diálogo con Radio 10 que Stornelli «no le faltó el respeto» pero aclaró que fue «soberbio».
Por otra parte, recordó cuando procesó a Mauricio Macri en la causa por las escuchas ilegales y dijo que la denuncia por supuesto espionaje ilegal durante su gestión «tiene algunos puntos de coincidencia«.
“Yo lo cité a Mauricio Macri en el tema de las escuchas. Ahí estaba haciendo el precalentamiento para esta gran escucha que ahora tienen”, lanzó el exmagistrado, que además dijo que durante la declaración del expresidente, por aquel entonces jefe de Gobierno porteño, «lo miraba con cara de odio».
