YPF aumentará 3,8% el precio de sus combustibles desde este jueves
La petrolera estatal implementará el último incremento acordado con el Gobierno en el marco de Precios Justos
A partir de las 0 horas del jueves 16 de marzo YPF aumentará el precio de sus combustibles un 3,8% promedio en todas las estaciones de servicio del país.
Se trata del cuarto y último incremento acordado en noviembre pasado entre el Gobierno nacional y las petroleras en el marco del programa Precios Justos. El primero fue del 4% y se aplicó en diciembre, el segundo fue por un porcentaje similar y entró en vigencia en enero, al igual que el aumento aplicado en febrero. Ahora será el turno del último 3,8%. Este ajuste contribuye a compensar la variación del tipo de cambio oficial, los mayores costos logísticos y de operación, y el aumento de precios de los biocombustibles”, señalaron desde la compañía.
Los nuevos precios
Con el aumento, el precio promedio de la nafta súper en Ciudad Autónoma de Buenos Aires (CABA) pasará de $163,10 a $169,30. En tanto, la nafta premium aumentará de $209,10 a $217, el diésel 500 saltará de $175,10 a $181,80 y el combustible diésel Infinia pasará de $250,50 a $259,90.
En el resto del país se pueden encontrar precios muy diferentes, dado que existen brechas de hasta el 15% entre las bocas de expendio de distintos puntos del país (la más cara es Misiones). No obstante, en esta oportunidad el porcentaje de suba será similar en todos los casos, debido a que fue un valor acordado previamente con el Estado nacional.
Se espera que las demás petroleras sigan los mismos pasos en las próximas horas. De hecho, desde la medianoche del miércoles 15 se concretó la actualización en los precios de combustibles de Shell. También se trató del cuarto y último aumento previsto a partir del acuerdo entre el Gobierno Nacional y las empresas petroleras. Por tal motivo, los valores tuvieron un incremento del 3,8% promedio a nivel nacional. Así lo informó la petrolera Raizen, licenciataria de la marca Shell.
El acuerdo con el Gobierno
El acuerdo para establecer un tope en el aumento de los precios de la nafta se selló por un plazo de cuatro meses. Tanto en diciembre como en enero y febrero la suba fue del 4% mientras que en marzo el aumento es del 3,8%, según lo acordado con la Secretaría de Comercio. De esa manera, la actualización de precios intenta absorber mínimamente los incrementos en los biocombustibles, como así también los costos logísticos y variación en el tipo de cambio oficial que afecta el precio de las materias primas que se utilizan para la producción de combustibles.
El programa denominado “Precios Justos” fue considerado como un convenio positivo por parte de las empresas que firmaron, dado que les permitió contar con una previsibilidad en el mercado y contener la inflación. En el mismo participaron las compañías YPF, Panamerican Energy, Raizen y Trafigura, las cuales hicieron efectivo el aumento pautado durante los últimos cuatro meses.
En el acuerdo firmado el año pasado, el Estado se comprometió a garantizar el acceso a divisas para las empresas, sobre todo para el abastecimiento de lubricantes. Además, acordó reducir temporalmente impuestos en la importación de combustibles a los efectos de garantizar abastecimiento para los sectores del agro.
Si bien no hay nada confirmado, se estima que en los próximos días se dará a conocer un nuevo convenio entre las empresas y el Gobierno. Incluso Alberto Boz, vicepresidente de la Confederación de Entidades de Comercio de Hidrocarburos y Afines de la República Argentina (Cecha), comentó que sin lugar a dudas habrá un nuevo acuerdo con las petroleras de Precios Justos. “Esperamos ser escuchados para que se tenga en cuenta una mayor flexibilidad del margen de ganancias o más beneficios fiscales para las PyMES”, declaró.
