Alberto Fernández anunció que pedirá el juicio político contra el presidente de la Corte Suprema
«He convocado a los señores gobernadores que acompañaron al Estado Nacional en su planteo contra la Ciudad Autónoma de Buenos Aires para que, en conjunto, impulsemos el juicio político al presidente de la Corte Suprema de Justicia de la Nación Horacio Rosatti para que se investigue su conducta en el desempeño de sus funciones», indicó el jefe de Estado.
Y agregó: «También requeriremos que se investiguen las conductas de los restantes miembros del máximo tribunal».
En esa línea, Alberto Fernández advirtió sobre el «avance inadmisible del Poder Judicial de la Nación sobre los otros poderes de la Argentina».
«Diversas publicaciones, jamás contradichas, han dejado al descubierto lo que desde hace mucho tiempo vengo advirtiendo: el vínculo escandaloso entre parte de la política y la Justicia. Ya no necesita de ningún análisis especial. Las conductas, los diálogos entre funcionarios judiciales y políticos de la oposición en los que se anticipan decisiones y recomiendan fundamentos políticos para ser usados a la hora de decidir judicialmente casos con trascendencia institucional indudable, han quedado impúdicamente expuestos ante el asombro generalizado», lanzó.
Asimismo, afirmó que debe «impedir que se siga manipulando el Consejo de la Magistratura con insólitas interpretaciones jurisprudenciales que permiten al Poder Judicial entrometerse en las decisiones del Congreso Nacional».
«Es mi deber promover acciones cuando el sistema federal es puesto en crisis a través de una innecesaria medida cautelar y del indebido planteo de una ciudad autonómica», manifestó, en referencia a la decisión de la Corte Suprema que favoreció al Gobierno porteño en su reclamo por fondos de coparticipación.
El Presiente también dio a conocer que instruirá al ministro de Justicia, Martín Soria, para que «promueva las acciones penales pertinentes para que se investiguen los presuntos hechos de corrupción que involucrarían a funcionarios de la Ciudad de Buenos Aires con empresarios contratistas de ese Estado autónomo».
Como cierre de su mensaje, el mandatario pidió que «la Justicia castigue a los auténticos responsables sin que medien pactos de impunidad».
«Aspiro a que en este año que se inicia, mientras estemos celebrando los cuarenta años de democracia, nos pongamos de acuerdo de una vez y para siempre en construir un Estado de Derecho en el que la Justicia castigue a los auténticos responsables sin que medien pactos de impunidad y en el que la política olvide para siempre las prácticas corruptas que tanto daño a su credibilidad le han causado», remarcó.
Y concluyó: «Sepan que cumpliré mi juramento y haré observar la Constitución».
