Y Máximo declaró más de $500 millones en inmuebles y acciones

La vicepresidenta tenía $16,4 millones al inicio del año y pasó a más de $48 millones; su hijo informó las acciones en Hotesur, Los Sauces y Co.Ma y unos 25 inmuebles producto de la herencia familiar, más bienes propios.

La vicepresidenta Cristina Kirchner declaró bienes por más de $48 millones ante la Oficina Anticorrupción. Su patrimonio se triplicó en términos nominales, pero si se descuenta la inflación aumentó casi cien por ciento en un año, es decir, se duplicó. Según un documento en PDF de cinco páginas , la titular del Senado informó al inicio del año que tenía bienes, depósitos y dinero por $16.463.095. Al final, contaba con $48.608.385.

La vicepresidenta triplicó en términos nominales su patrimonio. Sin embargo, si se tiene en cuenta la inflación, lo duplicó en términos reales.

Dos de los grandes ítems en su patrimonio corresponden a la herencia por la muerte de Néstor Kirchner. De acuerdo al documento lo tiene dividido en dos cifras bajo el ítem “derechos reales en el país”: $18.328.341,54 y $12.755.730,90. Posee además un depósito en pesos por 974.788,13 y dinero en efectivo por $114.617,09. Además, posee un plazo fijo con $15.500.000,00 con ingresos propios; una caja de ahorro con $12.758,35 y bienes del hogar por $922.147,93.

Su hijo, el diputado nacional Máximo Kirchner, declaró un patrimonio por $523.382.019,69. Es quien informa la mitad de todos los bienes correspondientes a la herencia de Néstor Kirchner en inmuebles y acciones en empresas. En el caso de inmuebles, informa dos de titularidad propia al 100% y 25 que comparte con su hermana Florencia Kirchner producto de la herencia.

Máximo informó además varios depósitos en pesos y dos en dólares. Además, declaró dos camionetas todo terreno, una modelo 2009 propia, y otra modelo 2011, de herencia. Los depósitos en dólares al cierre del año alcanzaban $239.076.640,00 y otro por $52.907.748,60. En total, los bienes al cierre del período declarados por Máximo alcanzaban los $523.382.019,69. Su patrimonio aumentó en un año en $129.242.223,92

El exjefe de bloque del Frente de Todos declaró cinco terrenos y un local en El Calafate; seis casas, diez departamentos y un local en Río Gallegos, y dos departamentos en la Ciudad de Buenos Aires.

Además, Máximo Kirchner declaró dos vehículos Honda todo terreno, modelos 2009 y 2011. Mientras el primero fue valuado $1.260.000 al cierre del 2021, el otro fue valuado en $729.500.

A su vez, el líder de La Cámpora informó un depósito en pesos por $143.409, otro por $100.918, y $130.000 en efectivo. A su vez, señaló derechos en el país por $6.201.431.

Por otro lado, el diputado oficialista consignó acciones de las firmas familiares Hotesur y Los Sauces, que están bajo la lupa de la Justicia y por las que está acusada también la vicepresidenta. Máximo Kirchner fue sobreseído, de hecho, por operaciones de lavado en la causa que investiga movimientos de esas empresas.

El dirigente declaró el 55% de Los Sauces lo que representa en acciones $6.667.336,67 y, por otro lado, informó que tiene el 50% de Hotesur en acciones con un valor de $10.151.869,06. De Los Sauces señaló, además, $2.620.456,78 en concepto de herencia.

También indicó el 55% de las acciones de la firma Coma S.A. por $93.354,50 e ingresos de esa firma por $2.413,74. A su vez, informó bienes del hogar $9.193.915,09.

Por otro lado, Máximo Kirchner consignó deudas con la firma Hotesur, la Administración Federal de Ingresos Públicos, y con respecto a un condominio que comparte con su hermana, Florencia.

En el primer caso, Máximo declaró una deuda con Hotesur de $5.259.051,35 y 1.616.922,13 con la Afip. En tanto, informó que debe $1.985.590 al condominio familiar.
